The centre is very ill managed. Customer's time is of no value to the local management. I am availing some services there for which i was given an appointment at 1 pm on 20.12.2018. However, i waited for almost an hour but my session did not start. I was told that due to some cleaning work done that day the earlier session started a bit delayed and that my session would be delayed by 15 minutes. This 15 minutes however became 1 hour. Now my question is that does the centre has no responsibility to inform me in advance that my session will be delayed. I could have decided to go or not accordingly. After travelling to the centre and waiting there like this results in a lot of trouble and waste of time & money. One expects a little bit more professional approach from a brand like vlcc. A simple sorry when i leave without the session is not acceptable. There have been instances where there was no hot water for taking bath after the session. I have complained about this to the local management but it seems once the customer has paid, he/she becomes not so important for vlcc. I am sorry to say but this is not what i expect and accept.
Waiting for a response as to what corrective measures are you taking on this.
