[Resolved]  VLCC — worst experience ever at vlcc qatar

Dear sir

I would like to share the Worst experience ever at VLCC qatar C ring road ..I would really advise no one to ever do any services in that place .

The first time I went, I met a lady who was supposed to be a professional and experienced to do a proper assessment for the cooltech service that I need. However all what she did was to convince me to pay as much money as she can.

Since I had no idea how many sessions I should book, I trusted her recommendation and ended up booking 3 sessions of cooltech, twice with big applicator on my belly and once on both sides with small applicator.

I am not fat, however I have some stubborn fat on these areas.

Later I came to know that she made me pay for a service called Tummy tuck, which later I came to know it's kind of massage I was supposed to go for after 1 week per session which was mandatory, yet she never explain. I ended up paying more than 6000 Qatari riyal.

When I went for the first session at 8 o'clock in the morning as agreed as it was the only appointments available for the whole week I was waiting downstairs for more than 15 minutes.

Another gentleman was waiting with me and also had no idea where the staff.
I took a chance and went upstairs to find the lady who supposed 2 operate the session for me being very rude and ask me why I am late as another lady is have is going to have to wait for me until I finish my session and she sounded very angry I apologize to her and explain that no one briefed me when I booked that I should go directly upstairs since no one will be at the reception at that early time.

she took me to the session room and still sounded very angry, she kept repeating the word [censored] ! while she was applying the applicator she also told me whose idea was it for a big applicator as you don't have a lot of fat? I informed her that I am not very experienced about what I needed and I expected the lady who booked for me to give the write recommendation.

She inform me that this lady is new from sales and she is not an experience doctor all physician or even a dietitian I decided to remain calm and get the service that I paid a lot of money for I ask for a receipt for the money I paid last time as I didn't receive it since they told me that the system is down not to print the transaction.
Since the centre is quite famous in Qatar I trusted What they told me.

I was supposed to meet a digestion after my session however she didn't have time 2 speak with me as there another customer shouting outside she inform the me that's she will put a diet plan and email it to me along who is my receipt for my money.

no one mentioned anything that I should come one week after for a tummy tuck as service that I paid for without any explanation from them what is it and when it should be done. After that session I was supposed to come after 2 weeks to have my second session however it's time I call the centre they kept telling me we have no appointments since I travel a lot I was trying to find a time which is suitable for me and for them however every time I call they would give me very aggressive attitude in the phone and showing carelessness.

the second time I finally managed to book for my second session I did the love handles area the lady who did the session told me that's it doesn't make any sense that's it books 4 two sessions for the same area which is the belly as I don't need a big applicator on this area and that might have the reason that made me very sick the first time I did the season.

What time I finally manage to meet the dietitian and she ask me if I have done any tummy tuck myself as I should have came one week after my first session which no one told me I didn't even know that I paid for that she was very surprised that I also didn't know that I am not suppose to have any sessions while I am on my period after that conversation, a girl from reception came with two big forms with rules that's I should have known before having even my first session and ask me to sign it that's when I came to know about all the information that's the lady who took my money should have told me before making any agreement payments I got I have to admit that's at this time I realised that a I am such a naive person to trust that centre and the lady I first met and book the sessions for me and took advantage that I was not aware about all the details regarding cool tech and just keep sending me promotions on WhatsApp to get more money from me however I realised that maybe it's too late to show any concerns I decided to book for tummy tuck after 1 week and just continue where's my sessions however again every time I called all message the lady who booked for me they would say it's full we don't have appointments and so tell me on WhatsApp so contact the central directly and not to message regarding appointments I did what she said and decided to call the central directly and book my last cool tech appointments as I really got frustrated and wanted to finish that's service I booked as fast as possible and please keep in mind that by that time I should have seen results from the first session I did however there was nothing !! no progress.

I called again and told them I was trying to book an appointment a week ago however they told me it's full and the give me an appointment which was not confirmed and asked me to call before that day and confirm that I can come which I did! However the lady sounded very surprised and ask me how come you forgot your what time is my appointment time tomorrow?? she sounded very lost in the phone on hold for a long time and kept asking me 2 repeat my phone number so she can get my information on the computer at the ends she told me to hangout and that she will call me back to confirm my appointment tomorrow.

however she never called and that's when I got really was disappointed and decided to go personally to meet them end explain what happened and ask for a refund for my session wish I didn't take and who is not even necessary if I would have gone through a proper assessment from someone who knows what she is talking about, and refund for the tummy tuck that no one explain it to me when and how it has to be done.
Explain to them at the reception that's I am not happy who is the attitude of the employees And the facts That Way Never Troy Try 2 Find Appointments For me They took me Inside an office And close the door so the other People Want Here My complaints And ask me to tell her What happened As she received A lot of complaints And she is here to investigate about them She sounded very Shocked From The amount Of Disappointments I told her about And she told me A lot of other customers complaint Similar Issues recently.. Another Gentleman came And Interrupted The confrontation And kept attacking Me And making it Seem As It's my fault That's I Didn't Come For my appointments.

I showed him Old All The WhatsApp messages Between Me and the lady who booked for me That proves I that I tried 2 Communicate with her However There's always no appointments And I even complain to her in the message about the Staff Attitude On the phone I even made him Listen To read and listen to recorded phone calls Between Me And the staff And how We would say they will call And never call back For appointments He was still attacking me then he have told me that The paper I signed says That's My payment is non refundable.

BTW.. The paper also mentions That the lenth of time They should finish ALL sessions is 30 days ! Which is unrealistic Since The dietitian Told me That I cannot Apply The same Area In less than 1 months! So They made me book For the same area Twice In 1 months.

He kept on Attacking me And at the end He refused to pay the money back and told me that he will come back to me on Sunday.

The lady you booked for me Contacted me on WhatsApp on Monday and tried To convince me To give her another chance And that time She mentioned that She Will let me choose the dates.

I told her That I made it clear That I am not happy with your service It was wrong assessment from the beginning and delayed information And rudeness from the stuff And I would like to get my refund for the remaining services.

However She told me She will get back to me later Which didn't happen Until I texted her the next day.

After that The the guy Who I met in the centre Hold me And again Call me That the management is telling me That my season is expired That I shouldn't even get the service anymore even though I paid for it And the money cannot be refundable.

I got really angry And told him To give me this Information In a written form As I am going to complain about this center officially.

However he told me In the rude way** We will not give you anything written and that's how it is **

After long Argument He told me That he is a big boss in the centre However he will try again to speak higher managment and come back to me.

Which is one week from now I would like to know who is responsible For VLCC qatae As I have never Seen Rudeness and Unprofessionalism From any Medical centre In Qatar As I have seen From this center.

All what I was asking for Is a refund For the services We have failed to provide However They Keep on Manipulating And extending The time.
