Vle Bazaar — Complaint Regarding Order ID #2286147 and Invoice No. INV[protected]

I am writing this letter to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the abysmal service provided by Vle Bazaar in response to my recent purchase. On June 28, 2023, I placed an order for a Lapcare CQ42 6-Cell Battery for HP Pavilion, Order ID #2286147, and made a payment of Rs. 1099 through the online transaction (Invoice No. INV[protected].

It has now been over three weeks since the order was placed, and to my dismay, I have not received any updates or indication of progress. The product is still marked as "yet to be shipped" on your website, and my numerous attempts to reach out to your customer support via the provided contact number (+91 [protected]) have been utterly fruitless. Each time I call, I am put on hold for an excessive duration of 10 to 15 minutes, only to have the call disconnected without any response.

In addition to the unsuccessful phone calls, I have also submitted multiple support tickets regarding this matter, but the response has been lacking. The only communication I received was from a person named Deepak Sarkar, who claimed that the shipment would be processed within a week. However, it has now been 13 days since receiving that message, and there has been no shipping notification or any indication that my order is being processed.

I must emphasize that this level of service is entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on Vle Bazaar's commitment to customer satisfaction. As a loyal customer, I expected prompt and reliable service, especially after making a timely payment for the product.

I hereby request an immediate resolution to this issue. I expect the Lapcare CQ42 6-Cell Battery for HP Pavilion to be shipped without any further delays and delivered to my address within the next five business days. Additionally, I demand a clear and satisfactory explanation for the prolonged delay and the lack of response from your customer support team.

Failure to address and resolve this matter within the specified timeframe will leave me with no choice but to consider canceling my order and demanding a full refund. Furthermore, I will have no option but to share my unfortunate experience with Vle Bazaar on various online platforms and social media, warning potential customers of the substandard service they can expect.
