I placed a prepaid order for a Logitech headphone worth ₹2000 from VLE Bazaar, expecting a genuine product. Instead, they made me wait for almost a month, continuously giving excuses that the item was out of stock — all while holding onto my money.

After this unacceptable delay, they cheated me by sending a cheap HP headphone, completely...

Ordered a UPS system on the 23rs of September. Paid Rs1999 through googlepay and was assured delivery in a couple of days. When delivery did not happen, tried sending mail, raised a query about non delivery on their portal plus asked the same question on whats app. No answer is given. Calling, no one picks up. Its day light robbery. I want my refund now.

Vlebazzar is fraud and i lost rs 849/- to them . Order id 831845 placed on 2nd ju ly 2021 and paid rs 2148/-..order couldn't be processed by VLE bazzar they sent 1 product instead of 2 that i ordered and the 1 received that was also in a worst condition worst packaging and thus for 2nd product I called them they said its out of stock… then why the hell you shared messages the courier I am going to receive have 2 products in that, any how...

Dear Team,

I placed an order for the Redgear Pro Wireless Gamepad on 31st July 2025 through your website VLE Bazaar (vlebazaar.in) with Order ID: 3815636. I received the product on 2nd August 2025, and while the packaging and physical condition of the product appeared fine, the gamepad is not functioning. Despite multiple attempts to switch it on using the power toggle, it does not work.

I attempted to initiate a return, but there is no option available on your website to return this item. I also tried contacting your customer support at +91 [protected] and +91 [protected], but both numbers are not working.

I then reached out via WhatsApp, and your support team asked me to send an unboxing video to [protected]@vlebazaar.in. However, your return policy does not mention any such requirement for processing returns.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I have attached relevant screenshots as proof of my communication and the issue.

Please take immediate action to resolve this matter. I request a return and refund for the defective product at the earliest.

I have orderd Startek Biometric L1 device. The product on 28 January 2025 and my order id is 3503015.. Order is staying as hipped but if we check it's says order pick is re scheduled.
And if want cancel the order it's say no ordered item availbale by you. Thats mean it is fraudlaent
website which is taking money form customer I will put this add in all social media and ensure no one
is getting hashed like this.. Now also I didn't get the product. I submitted the complaint.
They said every time after some days the product will be dispatched.
They are not showing about refund. But now also I didn't get any. information.
Request people to not but any product from this fraud web site..
Else you will be suffering like anything as no one to respond to your query. * Another way of making money by this people *.. Government reuqest you to block this website as soon as possible.
I will file caw against this website and founder by consulting the lawyer.
Customer care is also an dummy number which says all line are busy..

Despite numerous complaints on their online webiste, I have not received my order nor my money has been refunded and it has been 6 months since then.

I am writing to report a case of financial fraud that I recently experienced. On 15.01.24, I ordered the IRIS scanner on the website VLE bazaar against the order no. 2806581 and register address shows VLE Bazaar Private Limited X-52 Dlf Phase 2, Near Cyber City, Gurgaon 122001, Rs. 8999/- amount also debit to VLE bazaar account but they are failed to delivered the product So i have asked them to cancel this order and refund prepaid amount of Rs. 8999/- they give it on wallet didn't give it to my account till date.

I respectfully request your intervention to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against those responsible for this fraudulent activity. Please help.

I have repeatedly spoken to your customer support and they have been hoodwinking me by saying that your order tracking details will be available by 5 pm on 18th January, 2024, when I call again they say wait till 6 pm, then again when I don’t get the tracking details, they say wait till tomorrow morning.

The order was placed on 13th January 2024 and was supposed to be dispatched within 3-5 days of placing the order.

The order has still not been dispatched even after 5 days.

We have placed for samsung galaxy A12 mobile on 15th Dec and they didn't provided tracking details for more than 20 days when we tried to call them there is no proper response from them for the updates. After continuous follow ups we have received the product of different specification we are trying to reach them but no response. We want 100% refund from them.

They have deducted my money and provideing dispatch details and also not answering calls after 10 -20 min hold

I am writing this review with immense disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with Vlebazaar. I sincerely hope my words serve as a cautionary tale for potential customers who may be considering dealing with this company.

I made an advance payment for a UPS purchase (order id : 2692410-C) on 15-Dec-2023. Upon receiving the product, it was shockingly damaged, rendering it unusable. Despite numerous attempts to contact Vlebazaar's customer support team at [protected], not a single call has been answered in the past 12 days.

The complete lack of response from their supposed customer support is appalling. It leaves customers like me in the dark, wondering if our concerns are being acknowledged at all.

What's more alarming is that my research has unveiled numerous similar cases where Vlebazaar has defrauded customers. It's disheartening to see a company engaging in such unethical practices and taking advantage o[censored]nsuspecting consumers.

I strongly advise anyone reading this review to exercise extreme caution when considering any transactions with Vlebazaar. My experience is not isolated, and the evidence of widespread dissatisfaction and potential fraud is deeply concerning.

I booked a ipencil in may 23 and paid money which they did not deliver for a month. after asking for refund of 6099 they havent paid since three weeks which they had committed. The calls are kept waiting for 10 minutes and automatically asked to call later. site address is [protected]@vlebazaar.in.

It clearly has created a bad reputation by no delivery and keeping money plus customer has to follow up on their numbers. instead of giving service, they make customers call them. seems a fraud site. its been two months since i paid money no product and when i bought locally and asked for refund, it will be almost close to a month there is no intimation, no news or information or commitment to refund although they had promised refund latest by 26 July 2023

In addition to the unsuccessful phone calls, I have also submitted multiple support tickets regarding this matter, but the response has been lacking. The only communication I received was from a person named Deepak Sarkar, who claimed that the shipment would be processed within a week. However, it has now been 13 days since receiving that message, and there has been no shipping notification or any indication that my order is being processed.

I must emphasize that this level of service is entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on Vle Bazaar's commitment to customer satisfaction. As a loyal customer, I expected prompt and reliable service, especially after making a timely payment for the product.

I hereby request an immediate resolution to this issue. I expect the Lapcare CQ42 6-Cell Battery for HP Pavilion to be shipped without any further delays and delivered to my address within the next five business days. Additionally, I demand a clear and satisfactory explanation for the prolonged delay and the lack of response from your customer support team.

Failure to address and resolve this matter within the specified timeframe will leave me with no choice but to consider canceling my order and demanding a full refund. Furthermore, I will have no option but to share my unfortunate experience with Vle Bazaar on various online platforms and social media, warning potential customers of the substandard service they can expect.

I had ordered a scientific calculator from this website order ID being #2306954 I tried to cancel it in the very next few hours as I read about them being frauds but the order was not being cancelled it always shows some error and they are not even refunding the amount debited from me . Here is the screenshot attached of what the cancel order button does and shows everytime and the order tracking also is not valid as per their tracking website.

My child Devansh S. ordered earphones of sennheiser XS275 tthrough this site but i wanted to buy some other earphones so i cancelledthe order and initially the site wasn't cancelling but later it gave no information of refund. I wrote articles and reviews about their poor refund that they sometimes also cheat people.s, I looked for their contact number and called them. The number was likely fraud. From somewhere, I got another number
{+91 [protected]}which had strange caller tune to be a official number but the guy said about 8-9 days refund while no option was visible. on site, they say for 48 days to 90 days of refund which is likely too much time for a online UPI payment.Even a consumer like me can make itr in a 1 minute to them, so how such a e commerce company needs so much time.Luckily, I mailed them, raised a ticket and also raised ticket at Razorpay for which nothing of sort worked .I myself being a lawyer and daughter of lawyer would like to ask you to look in this matter and please contact the company to initate my refund as soon as possible . My order id is #2133011, I have order it on 22nd of April, i cancelled it but it is not showing and I also need the money back, which is very urgent.

Sir, I have ordered a webcam - Lenovo 300FHD, with the VLE Bazaar on 10 March 2023. As I found an option to pay with the lazypay instead of cash on delivery, I opted for the same. The due date for the payment was on 18 March 2023.

I received the package on 15 March 2023. I found out that it was not the product I have ordered. It was Logitech C270 HD, and the package was literally shattered, torn and taped. Also the product was out of warranty period. So I immediately logged into the VLE Bazaar site and requested a return and refund of the product twice (5W9-VGN-3GRR / 14M-WRB-1HBZ). They have never responded my complaint till 19 March 2023.

I received a mail from the VLE Bazaar on 19 March 2023 stating that as the product I have ordered have run out of stock they had sent that product. I again replied to the person stating the reasons why I am not going by their choice and asked him to initiate the return and refund process immediately. I am yet to receive their reply as of today (28 March 2023)

Meanwhile I was started receiving SMS's and email's about the payment of the due amount from the Lazypay. So I emailed them the situation and got their confirmation of my complaint.

On 20 March 2023 I got an email from the Lazypay side. I again explained him with all the details of my purchase and about the return n refund issue with the screenshots of the SMS's and the emails.

Then I started getting calls from the Lazypay every now and then. Some were talking to me in Hindi which I don't understand. With those who spoke in English I had to explain everything to each one of them with no avail of stopping their calls or getting SMS's and emails.

Now they have started sending me SMS's cautioning me about degradation of my CIBIL score and the late payment fees upto Rs.70/- per day.

I never had any idea about the LazyPay as a company cos it was provided as an option for cash on delivery without much explanation. Now they are harassing me and threatening me. Everyday I receive atleast 4 SMS's and email. I am starting to loose my peace as the VLE Bazaar has not started the return and refund process, and this LazyPay has not stopping their threatenings even after I have explained.

I am attaching all the proofs I have shared with the VLE Bazaar and the Lazypay.

Please help me out.

My Order Id is 1878672, I have ordered a MSI brand Motherboard on 27-November-2022 and I have already cancelled the order on 08-December-2022 as you failed several times to dispatch my order and always gave false commitment.
several times i requested you to refund my order and your customer care team always told me that your refund will be initiated in 30 mins to 1 Hr
I have more than 50 Call recordings of your customer care of false commitment regarding my refund.
Finally you Initiated my refund on 17-December-2022stating it will take a month to refund because it will go in your Original payment method.
Now after 1 month you have credited the funds in your wallet and while speaking to your customer care you are again saying that you will take 1 more month to credit the funds back to my Original payment method.

what a fraud company with fraud policies you have

I had updated with the correct address while ordering the order 1938712 in VLE bazaar.in. It updated with wrong address. I tried to reach customer care executive. They are not reachable. Because of the bug in the website, customer has to suffer.

They refunded money in their Wallet's website and I'm not able to recover that money. Please help me here how do I get that money even from my constant request to refund the money in original mode of payment. They refunded the money in wallet.

I booked HPDESKJET printer 7/05/2022 and waiting for its delivery but not recieved and each time customer care misguided then 24/05/2022 cancel order and requested for refund.
As per VLE BAZAAR refund policy within 90 days, still waiting for our payment of 2999.0 and customer care still giving date . Called more than 40 times and each time same comment next day it will transfer in your account.

Please help do needfull as soon as possible.
