Dear Team,
I placed an order for the Redgear Pro Wireless Gamepad on 31st July 2025 through your website VLE Bazaar (vlebazaar.in) with Order ID: 3815636. I received the product on 2nd August 2025, and while the packaging and physical condition of the product appeared fine, the gamepad is not functioning. Despite multiple attempts to switch it on using the power toggle, it does not work.
I attempted to initiate a return, but there is no option available on your website to return this item. I also tried contacting your customer support at +91 [protected] and +91 [protected], but both numbers are not working.
I then reached out via WhatsApp, and your support team asked me to send an unboxing video to [protected]@vlebazaar.in. However, your return policy does not mention any such requirement for processing returns.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I have attached relevant screenshots as proof of my communication and the issue.
Please take immediate action to resolve this matter. I request a return and refund for the defective product at the earliest.

Ordered a UPS system on the 23rs of September. Paid Rs1999 through googlepay and was assured delivery in a couple of days. When delivery did not happen, tried sending mail, raised a query about non delivery on their portal plus asked the same question on whats app. No answer is given. Calling, no one picks up. Its day light robbery. I want my refund now.

VLE Bazaar I had placed Order on 22/7/2024, Order ID -3144548, not delivered and I had cancel the Oder on 17/8/2024 & they had Promised to Return the Money on 22/8/2024, since then every time I call to the customer care they give the date for refund, I had mailed also no proper reply from them, Last date they are give is 05/9/2024. today I called customer service they are saying 10/9/2024

Please note that an order was placed of a Philips Headphone worth Rs. 1449/- vide Order NO. 2411887 dated 15th September 2023 on the online portal of Vle Bazaar. Despite numerous complaints on their online webiste, I have not received my order nor my money has been refunded and it has been 6 months since then.

I am writing to report a case of financial fraud that I recently experienced. On 15.01.24, I ordered the IRIS scanner on the website VLE bazaar against the order no. 2806581 and register address shows VLE Bazaar Private Limited X-52 Dlf Phase 2, Near Cyber City, Gurgaon 122001, Rs. 8999/- amount also debit to VLE bazaar account but they are failed to delivered the product So i have asked them to cancel this order and refund prepaid amount of Rs. 8999/- they give it on wallet didn't give it to my account till date.
I respectfully request your intervention to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against those responsible for this fraudulent activity. Please help.

I have repeatedly spoken to your customer support and they have been hoodwinking me by saying that your order tracking details will be available by 5 pm on 18th January, 2024, when I call again they say wait till 6 pm, then again when I don’t get the tracking details, they say wait till tomorrow morning.
The order was placed on 13th January 2024 and was supposed to be dispatched within 3-5 days of placing the order.

We have placed for samsung galaxy A12 mobile on 15th Dec and they didn't provided tracking details for more than 20 days when we tried to call them there is no proper response from them for the updates. After continuous follow ups we have received the product of different specification we are trying to reach them but no response. We want 100% refund from them.

Terrible Experience with Vlebazaar
I am writing this review with immense disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with Vlebazaar. I sincerely hope my words serve as a cautionary tale for potential customers who may be considering dealing with this company.
I made an advance payment for a UPS purchase (order id : 2692410-C) on 15-Dec-2023. Upon receiving the product, it was shockingly damaged, rendering it unusable. Despite numerous attempts to contact Vlebazaar's customer support team at [protected], not a single call has been answered in the past 12 days.
The complete lack of response from their supposed customer support is appalling. It leaves customers like me in the dark, wondering if our concerns are being acknowledged at all.
What's more alarming is that my research has unveiled numerous similar cases where Vlebazaar has defrauded customers. It's disheartening to see a company engaging in such unethical practices and taking advantage o[censored]nsuspecting consumers.
I strongly advise anyone reading this review to exercise extreme caution when considering any transactions with Vlebazaar. My experience is not isolated, and the evidence of widespread dissatisfaction and potential fraud is deeply concerning.

My order id on vle bazzar is 2449870 i order my product on 25/08/2023 after 10 days i called my order status they told me that sorry sir there will be delay in your order then i told to cancel my order on 06/09/2023 on consultation days they told me that your cancellation will be refunded within 7-10 days after when i called again on 18/09/2023 which was a duration of 12 days they told me that it will take around more 5days .

Wrong product was delievered to me, which I retured.
Its about 2 months VLE Bazaar is not returning my money into my bank account.
Everytime when I called customer care executive, they giving me false commitments and hangup calls.
Intentially delievering wrong product and cheating customers.
VLE Bazaar is not crediting money to my account for returned wrong product.
Wrong product was delievered to me, which I retured.
Its about 2 months VLE Bazaar is not returning my money into my bank account.
Everytime when I called customer care executive, they giving me false commitments and hangup calls.

I booked a ipencil in may 23 and paid money which they did not deliver for a month. after asking for refund of 6099 they havent paid since three weeks which they had committed. The calls are kept waiting for 10 minutes and automatically asked to call later. site address is [protected]@vlebazaar.in.
It clearly has created a bad reputation by no delivery and keeping money plus customer has to follow up on their numbers. instead of giving service, they make customers call them. seems a fraud site. its been two months since i paid money no product and when i bought locally and asked for refund, it will be almost close to a month there is no intimation, no news or information or commitment to refund although they had promised refund latest by 26 July 2023

My child Devansh S. ordered earphones of sennheiser XS275 tthrough this site but i wanted to buy some other earphones so i cancelledthe order and initially the site wasn't cancelling but later it gave no information of refund. I wrote articles and reviews about their poor refund that they sometimes also cheat people.s, I looked for their contact number and called them. The number was likely fraud. From somewhere, I got another number
{+91 [protected]}which had strange caller tune to be a official number but the guy said about 8-9 days refund while no option was visible. on site, they say for 48 days to 90 days of refund which is likely too much time for a online UPI payment.Even a consumer like me can make itr in a 1 minute to them, so how such a e commerce company needs so much time.Luckily, I mailed them, raised a ticket and also raised ticket at Razorpay for which nothing of sort worked .I myself being a lawyer and daughter of lawyer would like to ask you to look in this matter and please contact the company to initate my refund as soon as possible . I place an order to Vle Bazaar, Plot no 4, Numberdar Market, Grace road, sec-28 Gurgaon-122002 on 25/04/2022, Order no 1539051 for purchase of colored printer by making on line payment through SBI Jagraon B r code 0655 for Rs11249/- . after a month my order has been cancelled on the plea that the printer is out stock. therefor order has been cancelled. My payment has been credit to vault. but I asked them to credit the paid amount to my saving bank account in SBI Jagraon br code 0655. But till today I have not received the payment. In-spite of repeated telephone calls on phone no[protected] and [protected] and email. to [protected]@vlebazaar.in. Please look into the matter and help me.

Order id:1518201 i want my money through my original payment mode{ my credit cart}.but they have sent my money to vle bazaar wallet.i was not at all told send to my refund money to your wallet. this wallet money is useless. server issue is not a big problem. already i gave sufficient time. i had been waited from may month. but you simply sent my money to your wallet. this is ridiculous.

Its a bunch of fraud guys. They won't refund to your account. Even Razorpay supports them to make money. Better file a complaint via your cc issuing bank. Please do post in all possible forum to spread news about the frauds.

I bring to your kind attention to the refund of money for the product I had ordered from VLE Bazaar website. I had ordered a Realme Buds Wireless Neo Bluetooth in Ear earphones with Mic Black (RMA2011) worth Rs. 999.00 on 28th May with order Id 1582157, but I had received a reused and damaged product for which I had requested a return. I raised a complaint on 30th May 2022, but the product is picked afetr one and half months later. Today ts 19th July still not getting my amount refund I am trying a lots of time to call the customer service, but my calls were unanswered, so I had to write an email for the same.
I am attaching the image of the damaged product with this mail. Kindly treat this as urgent and try to refund the amount to the same account. Hope this will be resolved at the earliest, or I will have to take this to the consumerforum.
