I ordered the product on 11th April 2025 and my order id is3618815. I ordered the product Redmi 13C (Stardust Black, 8GB RAM, 256GB Storage) Refurbished Smartphone. Now also I didn't get the product. I submitted the complaint. They said every time after some days the product will be dispatched or wait till evening. I want to cancel the order. I submitted cancel order & said for refund.
