I ordered the product on 11th April 2025 and my order id is3618815. I ordered the product Redmi 13C (Stardust Black, 8GB RAM, 256GB Storage) Refurbished Smartphone. Now also I didn't get the product. I submitted the complaint. They said every time after some days the product will be dispatched or wait till evening. I want to cancel the order. I submitted cancel order & said for refund....

I have bought item of Rs 1659 from Vle Bazaar Private Limited
(X-52 Dlf Phase 2, Near Cyber City,

The item order number 3446927, each and every time, I follow up with them they keep on postponing 2-3 days and now it is 2 month time. I have asked them for refund they denied . I ordered a mobile phone worth ₹20, 749 from Vlebazaar.in on December 1, 2024, and my payment was successfully processed. The order status was updated to "Processing, " but despite multiple calls and assurances that my order would be delivered in 2–3 days, no progress was made.

After 20 days of delays, the status changed to "Ready to Ship" on December 20, 2024, only to be canceled on December 24, 2024. When I contacted...

I have ordered an product, an Philips headphones from them on 5th Sept 2024.. Order ID - #3222387

The Product was supposed to be delivered within 7 days but was not even dispatched till 20th Sept 2024.. When ever I call them, their reply was - the wholesaler has just shipped, so will be shipped in next 2 days and you will get in another 4-5 days.. Same Story on 14th Sept, 17th Sept and 22nd Sept..

I waited till 31st Sept and finally called them on 1 Oct 2024 and since they repeated the same story again, I requested them the cancel the order and initiate the refund.. So, they Cancelled the order and Initiated the refund and said the refund will credited to me within 7-10 days.. Today is 19th Oct 2024 and no refund done even after 19 days..
Calling them with no proper response or rude response..
So finally I lost amount of 989.. Completely an incompetent and fraud company..

Request all not to purchase anything from this website.. Or else you will lose your money..

I ordered Sony WI-C400 Wireless Bluetooth in-Ear Neck Band Headphones I received it on 17th May 2024. but it's it's not charging & not even on. I'm sure this it is used product. and same day within 10-20 mnts I requested for return the product. but till today no one came & pick it. every 2-3 days I'm calling & requesting to recollect the product. every time they r saying wait for 203 days & my product vll b collect. I have booked a Redmi 13C (Stardust Black, 8GB RAM, 256GB Storage) on 7th April, 2024 but I received Redmi 10A 4GB RAM, 64 GB Storage on 13th April. I do not want this mobile (Redmi 10A) and I have submitted so many requests for full refund of Rs. 9979/- to my bank account but till date I haven't got a response from the VEL Bazar or not updated their site also....

I ordered a Vivo Y72 5G Refurbished mobile on 13/12/23. 6 days passed but I had not get any information about my order. Even I cannot track my order through my order I'd. Please help me I already made a payment of 10559 but there is no response from their side. Please tell what should I do if I cancel my order. Then if they refund direct to my account or not

They did not send the product for a month and after 15 days they canceled the product even after repeated requests and have not yet issued the refund, they have been troubling me for two months.

I had placed an order for a 'Mi Band 6 fitness band' with order ID 2324954 on the 12th of July 2023. Thereafter the order kept getting delayed and I sent out an email to the support team requesting for an update on the order on 22nd July 2023. On 24th July 2023, I submitted a request for cancellation of the order. One Mr. Abhishek Singh from the VLE team confirmed the cancellation of the order in response to the ticket raised to the VLE team in this regard. On 25th July, Mr. Abhishek confirmed the cancellation of the order. On 29th July 2023, I followed up with the support team once again on the status of the refund. On 2nd August 2023, Mr. Abhishek responded that the refund had been initiated and the amount was scheduled to be refunded on the 5th of September 2023. An email was also received confirming that the order had been canceled on the 2nd of August 2023. On 6th August 2023, I informed the VLE team that the order was placed over a month ago and a subsequent wait time of one month for a refund was highly unacceptable. Following this, the order was shipped and was delivered to me on 14th August 2023. Upon receiving the order, I realized the product was defective and would not switch on despite charging it for a few hours. Following this, I informed VLE team that the order was defective but no response was received from the team as on the date of making this complaint.

I had ordered BOSE SPEAKER worth 5739 I havenot recieved yet. Its more than a week now.

For a book that had not delivered yet 15 days where i had already paid 1300 rs by online so i want please deliver this book soon or return the money

Dear sir, I requested to return after one day of receiving product, but they did't return within 7 days and after 7 days says daily that we will pickup next day ... I packed their product with video recording, and i was waiting to pickup but there has been 7 months still saying we will pick up next day.

this order shows still proceeding...last 11 days...still get no information..

I placed order ( order No. 281033) of HP Keyboard and mouse combo on the website of vlebazaar on 08-Aug-20 and online payment of ₹799. As per their policy orders are delivered within 7-10 days. But till now i haven't received my order. They are not even answering any calls nor replying to any queries. After a week from placing the order when i checked the reviews of said company i came to knew that they have not delivered orders of many costumers and defrauded like this to all . I request you to kindly help me to get my order and take action against them to prevent interest of future costumers .

I had placed an order for a mobile phone online and made payment via credit card, where as the company had not processed anything for about 20 days now. I tried raising an issue but they are not responding, their customer care also doesn’t work. With no option i tried cancelling the order, but the even after i cancel order i see no status updation on product and portal status is as is before i applied for cancellation

This seems to be fraud portal
