I had ordered for a mobile device on[protected] after watching their availability and paid for it but even after five days they didn't ship it so I cancelled my order on[protected].After that they told me that my payment will be refunded till 5 March but it is 9th March today I have not got my refund.whenever I contact it's customer care they make lame excuses and say refund will be done today or tomorrow or refund is in process.its been 16 days since I have cancelled my order.
