First, we have to wait for hours to get through the line. Once we get through, we do not get proper information. They give false assurance that we will send emails in 5 minutes, which never comes. Just now, the agent says the system is not functioning, therefore cannot check details. Asks me to call after 30 minutes. When questioned how I will get through the line in 30 minutes if I have to wait in line for 4 hours, he just cut the lie.
