Bought the above product and it was delivered on 30th mar 2022.

Product was defective and not working
hence sent back the product to velbazaar on 4th april 2022

today is 13th april 2022 i have neither received the refund not the replacement

sent mail to [protected]@razorpay.Com on 9th april 2022 no response

Recd mail from VLE bazaar that they have received the product returned in their warehouse.
However refund will be delayed till July 22

I want to know why so much time to refund the amt to net banking mode.
