I hope this email finds you well. My name is Dishant Kumar (Order ID: 3424352), and I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company. I am highly disappointed and frustrated with the entire experience.
On December 18th, 2024, I visited your website to purchase a pair of headphones, which appeared to be of good quality and reasonably priced. I placed my order and made an online payment of Rs. 2250. I received confirmation that my order would be processed and delivered within a few days. However, after waiting for several days, I still did not receive the product. I reached out to your customer support, who assured me that the order would arrive in 3-4 days, but days turned into weeks with no resolution.
As the days passed, I grew increasingly concerned. I later discovered online that many people had negative experiences with your website and were labeling it as a scam. Despite this, I remained hopeful. But even after 20 days, I still had not received my order. When the New Year came and went without any update, I contacted your company again via calls and emails, but there was no response.
Finally, after 35 days of waiting and no communication, I decided to cancel my order on January 21st, 2025, expecting a full refund. It is now February 16th, and I have still not received my refund.
I find this situation completely unacceptable. While the amount may not be large, the principle of the matter is important, and I will not tolerate being treated in this manner. I have already started sharing my experience on social media and will continue to do so until I receive a resolution. Additionally, I am considering further actions to ensure this issue is addressed.
I request that you process my refund immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take further steps.
