I ordered two products JBL infinity Neckband(Orderid#1618505) & Zebronics wireless mouse (Orderid#1618458) from VleBazaar on 12-Jun-22, I received the products in 2 days’ time had no issue with the delivery time.
But when I opened the boxes, I found both the products defective. below are the details of the issues:
1. Infinity Glide Bluetooth neckband (orderid# 1618505): it's not switching on, I thought that there was no battery so I thought of charging it, but there was no cable in the box. I tried using my other mini USB cable to charge it but it's not charging, tried a couple of chargers, but failed to see any charging light. So, to conclude the item is defective.
other observations with the order:
The Box looked old, like it was already opened, there were no spare buds, no cable, no usage guide either. So, in total I can say that either this item is fake or your seller has sent a defective and incomplete order.
2. Zebronics-Zeb Dazzle Wireless Optical Mouse with Nano Receiver (Black): this item is also found defective.
I placed the return requests on 14-Jun-22 with return Id as 18696, 18694 but till today while writing this complaint no one has picked up the defective products for replacement or refund.
Tried calling their customer care multiple time but I was given false commitment that my products will be picked up and problem will be resolved.
I want to report that this VLEBAZAAR is a fraud company, founded to cheat consumers. All relevant authorities kindly take necessary action against them so that no consumer loses their hard-earned money
