Order no 1595909. I received a used product with missing accessories which was taken back after 3 weeks of struggle. On contacted for refund I understood that they will take ~90 days to refund to original payment mode. But after 3 months they sent the money to wallet rather than sending to my cc. I again made several phone calls and raised tickets. But no positive response from them. Looks like I have to file a complaint from my credit card company.
