I had orderd mobile phone vivo u20- mrp. 13, 999/- from vlebazar on 30-6-20 and paid through debit card. I cancelled it on next day. As per vlebazar policy one can cancel the order if the product has not shipped. Firstly i tried calling them on their customer care no. But no one recieved the call. I waited for their call back but they didnt call back. I cancelled the product online. As they were not responding to calls i mailed them. They replied that refund is processed, hence i was waiting for refund to to reflect in my back account. I was mailing them regularly after 2-3 days to take the follow up but even after repeated asking they were not providing time frame of when will the refund reflect in my account. Today 12 days has passed, still i've not recieved my refund hence i'm registering complain and will go to consumer court Was this information helpful? |
