This company is not refunding my money from 2 months and also not picking up my call.
I ordered a headphone but due to delivery delay i cancelled the order. They said that they will refund me in 7 days but there is more than 2 months and i have not received any amount. So please refund my money...

I ordered a product on thee vlebazar making thee payment online. I cancelled the order because of wrong delivery address but I couldn't get any update regarding refund. Please issue my refund as soon as possible. My order number is 3161484.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I ordered a new HKVision 2mp webcam from VLEBAZAR on 7thDec2023 and for that I paid 949 through online. I got email and SMS confirmation for that. The stipulated time was between 3 to 5 days . But when I did not get the product I tried to reach through their provided phone number but it is not reachable. When I checked in net I found VLEBazar has done with other customer in past. Hence I request you to file a complain agaist this online fraud company.

I ordered from vlebazar on 23 sep 2023 ..with a amount of 449 I already paided the bills by upi as there was no COD so when was the delivery day that is you boy didn't deliver my order and call me and set that you deliver my order on the next day I called him many times but he didn't didn't respond and after that one day I called him again and he said he written my order acid didn't find my address so I change my address when I once again but they didn't even respond after sometime I ask them for a refund but again the customer service didn't attempted my count once so I made them and in the mail they have said me that my money as refunded in vlebazar so I can use my wallet money and order a new product but when I proceed for my payment there was no such wallet they fooled me it's been more than 40 days they not even respond me and I didn't get my refund back to my bank account as a student it's very difficult to collect money and as I can see that we live Bazaar didn't value their customer at all I tried my heart for my refund but I didn't get any kind of respond from them I want amount back in my bank account

I have ordered blutooth speaker on 26/07/2023 order ID #2362030 and cancelled it on 04/08/2023. I have sent many emails & ticket generating on vlebazar regarding late services. Every time I said please refund my money through original mode of payment but still it is found that they refunded the amount on vlebazar wallet which is disappointing. Therefore once again it is requested kindly refund my money on original mode of payment.

Cancel my order and please give back my payment

As per your executive conversation she said that your refund will be process on dated[protected] but today i have to call customer care she said refund will be process on dated[protected] please wait.so that indicate you are not serious about refund policy & how much time to taken to settle refund approx. 2 month.

My order no 1533793, I purchased the product and it was mentioned it would be delivered within 4 days however it took 8 days and after that it came with the box completly ripped off, I have a video recording of the unboxing the cable looks like as thought it is used and old I applied for a return nothing happens and when I call cust care every time I call they mention within 24 hours the order will be picked up, and nothing happens, when I ask for a supervisor they disconnect the call, its been 25 days and no resolution the same.I have made 15 phone calls and I have the recording of the calls as well...

Please replace proxuct as soon as possible

I Dr MD K Sharief Afsar KMC digital hospital Mahauwa Farenda road Maharajganj Utter Pradesh ordered the new Lenovo M10 FHD Plus tablet from VLEBazar paid full amount Rs 18599-00 by Razorpay. Order ID 1323474, and Razorpay payment ID - pay_LivcSbkzoTTdfl
After one month of order VLEBazar delivered used and damaged product. To pick up the product for return the product VLEBazar took almost another one month. After successful return of product VLEBazar delaying the full amount and given the dt 05/06/2022.

I am a middle class person and ordered the Lenovo tablet for academic purposes in emergency but VLEBAZAR disappointed me by delivering damaged product.
Even I have doubt that VLEBAZAR will not refund the paid amount. Therefore I request you please intervene and make the VLEBazar to refund the full amount immediately.

Order for kids to gift them for birthday. But the product not delivered or not cancelled by the customer care service. Just giving excuses, highly disappointed with the service. Kindly cancel my order and refund the amount.

I placed my order on[protected] and i cancelled it on[protected]. It was showing me that my refund will be resolved till[protected], which is more than 2 months although on its website refund time is 1-7 days. Moreover when i talked to its customer care executive, i was told that i would get my refund on[protected] but i checked on[protected] and i still haven't received my refund.

I ordered a RGB wireles. Headset o. 5th January and it got delayed I got it on 11 January and when I opened it I was not headset I ordered I got Gionee headset instead of flyboat alpha led headset . I mailed them they didn't replied that I called customer care I waited for 18 mins hearing the caller tune they didn't picked up then also I keep calling them but they didn't called me back or didn't replied to my mail pls help me .

More than 1 month after i ordered AKG K-52 STUDIO HEADPHONE of Rs-1404 This is what they send me. A stylus pen.Be aware guys, this is a totally scam fraud chor peoole website.

I had ordered an OPPO A 31 smartphone on 10/08/2021 by making full payment online.
The product was not dispatched for 5 days, then I cancelled the order. Upon cancellation they gave the date of refund as 30/09/2021 (strange?).
I have waited till 30/09/2021, but the refund has not been issued.
Now they have removed my account and I am not able to log in to their website.

I Sunil Singh, order no 637736 had ordered the product mentioned but got a different and defective piece so I requested for refund on 24 April...order pickup on 28 April but VLEBAZAR says they didn't receive pickup yet.
I have also researched about VLEBAZAR now and found that they are habitual cheaters as many customers have mentioned it on their digital platforms accounts such as twitter.
Pickup AWR No : R89332524KR picked up by Shadowfox of shiprocket delivery services.
I also talked to shiprocket and they told me that VLEBAZAR has not updated tracking status that's why my product is lying at Shiprocket office and amount would be sent automatically after 40 days to VLEBAZAR, which I believe they do purposefully.
Kindly help and penalize VLEBAZAR as they are cheating innocent people on the pretext of online shopping.
