They don't have any fixed salary for employees
They poach people from other good consultancies and make those employees work like labour.
Initially you will be given good salary if you are from a reputed consultancy, later on there wont be any appraisal and the work pressure will increase

Just wait for 3-4 months after that you will regret why you joined VLS, specially if you are less than 1 year experience
