They don't have any fixed salary for employees They poach people from other good consultancies and make those employees work like labour. Initially you will be given good salary if you are from a reputed consultancy, later on there wont be any appraisal and the work pressure will increase They will ask you to only work for skills where you can perform but they will never teach you new work or never give any exposure to you...
