[Resolved] Vmake Visas — Case ID 41245

My Case ID is 41245 and have paid in full for the process of my PR to Canada which worked out to INR 60, 000 appx.
The payment was made About May, 2016.

My educational documents had to be got from the university for which I have paid an additional INR 6, 000.

My case manager, Mr.Paramjeet Singh mentioned to me that all my documents from the university have been received except the transcripts. I have yet to see them in hard copy. No scans, no hard copies.

As far as the process is concerned, he sounds evasive and asks me to wait. It has been over a year and I see no communications, progress, nothing.

If the PR cannot be processed, please arrange a refund of the amount. I will also need the university documents in hard copy, if they have been received by Mr. Singh.

Kindly get back to me on this ASAP.

Updated by Radha Sivakumaran Post this complaint, my case manage has been changed. Mr. Sahil claims to be in receipt of my college degrees and is also taking care of the transcripts.

I will update this post as and when work gets done.

Post this complaint, my case manager was changed. Mr.Sahil is looking into my case. He called to confirm the receipt of my college degrees and is also working towards procuring my transcripts.

I will update as and when there is progress in my case.
