The sales team is bunch of liar along with the manager richa, akansha in pune office.

Please dont go for your immigration services to these guys.

At the time of signing the agreement in november 2016 they said that the pnp for sinp, canada is open and if i enroll faster they will file for pnp so i paid the money to them.

When i checked on website the sinp was already closed still they said that it is open.

During the signing of agreement they said that they will also help in arranging proof of fund but when they tried to file for another state in canada, they called me up in the evening at 8pm or so and asked to arrange the funds within 2 days on my own and they cant help or provided any solutions.

It became very difficult for me to arrange funds at the last moment. When i couldnt arrange funds they sent threatening email mentioning that that you will be responsible for rejection of file.

They said that they will provide solution on arranging proof of fund however
Later after 8 months they said that we cant help in this matter.

When i checked with expert, they said that the file has not been submitted.
When i sent a frustated email some lady akanska called up warning me that she will file case against me.

Now i am filing consumer complaint against these guys. Dont go to these guys otherwise you will loose your money.

Dear Virat,

This is an official response from the Customer care of Vmake Visas. You are unnecessarily putting allegations on the service Quality of the company.

As your case got selected in SINP and Nova scotia. What else do you expect from us.we have worked till 2 AM at night to get your case selected to Saskatchewan Immigration, and after that i got selected in Novascotia.

i dont understand why are you making cluster of small things. Arranging funds in your bank account is your responsibility not ours we have thousands of clients registered with us we can not help in arranging funds to all the clients. You have always been in a constant follow up with the team in Pune, if immigration department is taking time for the acceptance of your case what can we do in this.
we do not take fake cases as you already know, you were eligible thats why we took your case.
what do u expect that we should not charge you and take your case for free.

Both the files for SINP and Nova Scotia has been rejected by the Immigration officer because of wrong NOC code which you guys did mistake in filling my profile plus the SINP officer have stated that Vmake Visa is not authorized agent

Dear Virat,
Initially you have started your case with us and after that you have called Saskatchewan immigration department and took all the rights of your application with you, what do you expect from us do you think we don't know that??
the email id which we used to file your case to Saskatchewan immigration, you requested the department to change it and after that you started asking for refund. Till the time we had the access your file was in progress, how could you say that it got rejected. As we don't have any rejection E-mail from them. So there fore i would advise you to stop making cluster of small things and be professional.
