[Resolved] Vmake Visas — Issue in REFUND AMOUNT

I paid 2Lakhs for the Immigration Service and as per Company Terms I will get the work done within 6 months or they will refund money.
I started in March month and according to that within July I should get full services but they are fail to provide me service within said period. I requested many times, sent many mails for refunding the amount but they started ignoring my calls and not even they replied to most of my mails. I started visiting their office and at Reception they refused me to meet that person( always said – that person is not available or in meeting etc to whom I wanted to meet)
Then one of the person from their team advised me to send email with mentioning about taking legal action. I did the same and involved each member in email then they replied me and spoke to me. After 3 month of struggle and office visits they send me email that company will give me refund and cheque will be dispatched soon. But in December they sent me 10 cheques of 20K each(all are in postdate, started from MARCH 2017 to DEC 2017. Same day I called first they did not answer and then I asked HOW I PAID you the charges of 2 Lakhs, later told me to send email that I want refund in one or 2 installments. Also in between they called me and conferenced Mr. ANKIT KAPPOR OR DEEPAK and he gave me reason that due to DEMONITAZATION they released cheques, I requested the same person that How Can I wait for my refund till DECEMBER 2017 as I paid you amount in only 2 installments and why don’t you take charges in 10 installments. SO I want full amount in one or two installments.
Then again many mails they sent your request has been accepted to send you refund in one or two installments and first installment will be release in JAN 16. But till date no response and I am fed up of sending mails and trying their numbers.
Now, I noticed that they blocked my numbers and not giving any responses. I called Company land line number, and they always saying PARAM, SAQIB/SAHIL, KULMIT/SHELLY, DEEPAK not available or in meeting.

I request to consumer court to please involve in this matter and help me to get amount back from V MAKE VISA company.

Hi Kulmit/Sahil As per latest discussion I am marking this as Resolved conditionally as company is agreeing to take my case in consideration for crediting full amount into my account. Updated by PardeepKundal Updated the complaint with the Mails in which they agreed to convert the `10 cheques into 2 installments and first supposed to released by Jan 16 2017.

Attached two Mails -- 1) Agreed that they sent 10 cheques 20K each and accepted to give refund in 2/3 installments
2) First installment released in JAN 16 2017

Updated by PardeepKundal on 7th of Feb I got call from Mr.SHAIKH (my case manager) from V MAKE VISA that our company will credit 1Lakh rupees now and you will return 5 cheques(worth 1 lakh) to us, and 1 lakh will be deposit to my account directly with in three four days and next installment of 1 lakh after that, but till date no communication and not even money credited .

I think they are not taking this matter seriously and making fun of the system.
I request FORUM to please take strong action against them.

Updated by PardeepKundal Received call twice in past 15 days to remove the complaint from forum, today again received call from case manager SAHIL/SAQIB Shaikh to mark it resolve and company agrees to deposit 1 lakh rupees into my account with in 2-3 days and balance 1 lakh in next month.
I need confirmation on the same here by their official comment saying same above(whatever they commits over the phone) as I said to send me mail but they didn't send yet.

I will conditionally mark it resolve if they agreed to reply by adding their comment here. OR Mail me .

This is an official reply from Vmake Visas Pvt. Ltd:

Dear Mr. Pradeep,

Your case has been resolved and the entire amount for refund has been provided to you.
But it came to our notice that after getting you refund amount, you are still updating your complaint against us with no reasons.
This act of yours counts as an criminal offence under the act of defamation and we advise you to stop this activity immediately and remove your complaint or else Vmake Visas will take the necessary legal step against you.
