This is in response to the complain posted by you dated 19th november 2019.

As of now there is no director sitting in the pune branch. So that is the reason we were not able to put you in contact with any of directors there and your case was transferred to delhi branch. We understand that you have had a conversation with the manager at pune office. Initially at the time of consultation akansha was the point of contact but now she is nowhere in picture.

Your case manager is prakash who has been in touch with you for a long time regarding your case updation. Your application had already been submitted with 3 different provinces along with your express entry application. You have also been informed about the same by your case manager.

So it is requested to stop this malicious online activity and depleting the company’s online reputation. Immigration industry is one of the most volatile industry in which rules keep on changing from time to time. So no one can control it apart from the concerned governments.

I can understand that at the time of registration, 6 to 7 months time was given. But this is an immigration industry, you also have to understand in last couple of months a lot of rules got updated and changed. Under these circumstances make visas is not liable to answer you and provide you with requisite services on time. We request you to have patience and keep your faith and trust on us. We won’t let you down.
