[Resolved] Vmake Visas — refund of money | |||||
My case id :- 103579. After going through my full document/age/experience/ielts score. I got a approval form akansha (Pune) saying that your file is too strong for canada pr. We will put your file in pnp/ express service. And we will provide you with pr within 6-7 month + we will not recommend you to give ielts exam again.. As per akansha confirmation, i had made my full payment in the month of feb2018. In 10month my 6 case manager got change.. Everytime when i ask them to connect me with their senior they say we are only your senior case manage.. 1) khusbo, anamika, shardha, akansha, and so on lastly my file went to delhi and now my case manager is prakash.. When i interacted with him, i came to know that they have not applied for any provision because they were waiting for noc.. Now its being 10month, my file has just submited for quebec, sinp, and manitoba Everytime, when i ask for followup either prakash is on leave or busy somewhere else... And on his behalf no1 is answerable on my case... And like this my days were getting wasted and i wasted my 10 month behind them.. But till now i havent received any called or message from senior person of make visas... I have all the proof in mail as well as in whatup that how many time i have message akansha, to call me or to give me refund but again no reply... Than finally, i visited their pune office without informing them. Because even after continuous asking to prakash to connect with me to senior person he was not ready to connect... So we decided to visit pune office... Now the worst part the address which is mention on website, no1 sit their and their office got shifted to new office 4 month back... Anyhow with our sources we were able to find their new office.. Their we meet ashwini and ask her to connect with any of the senior.. We also ask her what is your director name, no1 in that office know the director name inspite working from last 6 month... We sat for 5hrs.. But she fail us to connect akansha or any of the director on call with us.. Then she requested us to give her a day time, and she will arrange for a concal.. We waited for whole day to received a call from their end.. No1 call from their end... Not even akansha.. I have each and every proof of your followup and commitment which you have done to me via mail as well as via whatsup.. All this circumstance and senior clearly says that.. This people are fraud.. I received a called from my case manage, but the answer is not satisfactory .
But still I have not received perfect answer to any of my question .
You guys are just making us go round and round.
Please find my below question, and if you have a answer to my question do revert me back ?
1) IF you guys fail to get me PR, before my memebership get expire will I get my full money back ?
2) In which all province you are going to try for me and what will be the timeline ?
I need a result and if you cant be on word which you have told us during the time of payment, than you are liable to refund our money back ..
if you are able to ans to my this two question, I have few more question for you..
