[Resolved] Vmake Visas — refused to refund payment

I had applied for manitoba pnp through vmakes visa they put up my file with wrong noc, i had repeated request that change the noc as this category does not falls and each manitoba draw refuses to adopt this category in spite of high points. But case manager didn't listen and says we have many yrs. Of experience and do not try to teach us at last that was happened from which i was afraid. Having points 554 but does not get invitation to apply itself shameful to brakes visa.
On claiming the refund they denied for it.
Very shameful and harassing step of this company

no resolved. my complaint no. 2030425 is still pending, no refund is made to me till date. only a phone call was made and same story was played as before, still not willing to refund my payment in spite of having big mistake on their part. they said that i have denied to re- exam of IELTS : For kind information my IELTS was valid for two years . how i refused as I had already given the exam and secure the marks as per requirement and same approved by case manager then after case was registered for Canada PR. once I have paid a huge amount and interested to migrate in canada how a can I stepped back. And also show me any correspondence / any e mail was made by from your side for demanding the re -Exam of Ilets they closed my file by writing the wrong comments to save their skin and not to pay the refund.

Vmake Visas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Vmake Visas Customer Care's response Hi Jandu Jatinder,
This is an official response from Vmake Visas. We really appreciate in taking time to share your concern on this portal.
As per the agreement your case would have been filed to all the other provinces, after Manitoba, as well. The condition was, your score in IELTS should have been good enough to qualify for all the provinces but unfortunately it was not. It was conveyed the same to you at that time that due to your low IELTS score your application can’t be processed further. Now after 4 years you are claiming for refund which is, as per the agreement, not a legal binding on the company.
As per the discussion you are still in touch with the case managers but unfortunately they can’t do anything unless and until you score 8 in listening and rest 7 bands for Express Entry or at least 6 bands in each section of IELTS to apply in provinces.
As per our records you have scored CLB level 5 and CLB level 6 respectively which is 5 to 5.5 bands in every section.
On the basis of this score we cannot apply your case neither in express entry nor in provinces because the problem is not the profile, the problem is your IELTS score and you have to understand as nowadays there have been constant changes going on in immigration rules of provinces.

There are many clients who, due to their low IELTS score, are not able to clear the Canadian PR process. In this case the company is not liable to refund the amount and due to this they consider that company is a fraud. This is just to make our customers clear that there are hundreds of people who immigrate to foreign land through our consultancy. We are a genuine and customer centric company which does its work with full transparency and ensure professionalism throughout the visa process.

and we have also gone through each and every complaint of yours posted on this portal. You are Unnecessarily trying to defame the name of the company. so i would advise you to stop doing these activities on this consumer portal else we will go legal.
