We have booked 4 plots in 2011 with VMC group and paid Rs. 4.8 lacs to VMC developers after that we visited many times to their majiwada office and requested for registration of the said properties and possession for the same after completion of full payment to them.

They denied the registration to us and said you have to pay additional Rs.50 K for the possession which was not mentioned into the contract agreement then I came to know fraud is happening inside the organization and we started following regularly for possession of refund of our payment.

They were not responding and closed their office located at Thane.

Please help me to get the possession of all 4 plots with registry or else refund of our money based on current market valuation of plots.

    I had booked a flat at Shahpur paid ₹7, 90, 000/- but then came to know that the builder is fraudulent. I immediately stopped my ECS payments. I went several times to their Majiwada office but they had no intention to return my money. I want my money back with interest amount. It’s my hard earned money.

      Dear sir
      I m purchase NA Plots of VMC Developers Vrindavan project on april 2014. As per agreement after 60 months they position the plots but till date office has been closed.
      VMC Developers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        We have purchased 4 plots in2011, 2 in favour of my name and 2 in favour of my wife name by paying full and final payment of 80000 each total 320000.
        I have MOU and receipt of all the four plots with me .
        no one is receiving the call on the mobile number i have previously and in the beginning they reply on mails and received the calls. But now no one received the calls nor they reply the mails
        Where shall i complain to get back my amount back
        In our group we have 15 plots altogether who have purchased in the bulk .
        Shall i complain to the police station or is there any online complaint site?

          I am Mahaveer L Gandosi purchased one plot from Ms. VMC developers and Realtors (VNC Vihang City) on August 2012 and paid an full amount of Rs. 80, 000/- (Eighty Thousand). In this regard, a MOU has been signed between me and Mr. Santosh Sawlaram Parab, Joint president, Vision E-Mall corporation witnessed by Mr. Manoj Mohan Kadrikar. As per the MOU, either the plot should be allocated or else the paid amount should be refunded.
          Plot area is 1, 076.00 Sqft. But till date, no plot is allocated or money also not refunded.
          I request you to refund the money as soon as possible.
          I will furnish MOU true copy during period of settlement.

            We have purchase 2 plots with installment in 2013 February. And 3 plots with full down payment in Oct 2013.. In Nov 2018 we received a call from company to pay demarcation charges as we have already paid the installments. We paid 100000 in 2019 and we were given letter that registration will be done in July 2020.

            Again we received call from VMC to pay for registration and stamp duty .

            We paid 125000 for this by RTGS.

            We are trying to contact the company since but nothing.

                    On 26 May 2011 on I booked on a policy of Rs. 1 lakh, later I asked them for refund and they told we'll give refund as earliest; due to some personal reasons I wasn't able to contact them for a few months, after then I visited their office at thane, the office was not on the location, I asked one of their employees by calling, they said that the office is now closed as this was a fraud company, you can visit rabhori police station and check there. As we supposed to do all this stuff by leaving our all work aside?
                    I request Consumer Complains forum to please look into my matter and help me get the refund as earliest.

                      I myself Nutan Shivaji Khot from Rabodi- Thane west,
                      I Had booked 1 No of plots in Shahpur in Vridavan garden on Installment Basis, Booking amount Rs 80, 000/-& Rs 1, 000/-per monthly installment.
                      And my father Mr. Shivaji B. Khot also booked 2 plot Rs. 80, 000/- per plot Rs 1, 000/- & Rs.1, 000/-per monthly installment.
                      we paid fully amt as per their criteria, but still not received any Possession. Please help us for more information about how to cancelled booking plots, We have to cancelled my booking and want our money back.

                        Booked 6plots at Shahapur (Project Vrindavan Garden) in 2014. Amount paid Rs.270, 000/-. As per MOU company assured that they will resale our plots and pay Rs.540, 000/- after 36 months. ELSE they will get the plots registered in my name. But Nothing done till date. Neither money refunded nor registration done.

                              Hi. I had purchased 3 plots in March 2013 paying full money upfront (Rs 2, 10, 000). There is no news on what is happening. They had promised delivery by 2015 and kept delaying it.

                              I went there several times but they just keep promising that it will be done. Some time back I received a call saying you need to pay some money to register the plot. I do not trust them. I need to get my money back. Please help

                                  I satyaprakaah dubey had booked two plots in the years 2012 . I have paid entire amount that is Rs 1, 94, 000 in the year 2019 . I didn't receive plot from VMC developers. They told me that they will do registration in December 2020...but still no registration . Kindly help...

                                      I Khaleda Idris purchase 200sqmt plot in VMC city Sec 5 in Sanrangpuri villege Taluka Shahpur District Thane. There is no traces of Developer and found to be fugitive and cheated us. Offices are closed from months and no contact details are working as well.
