Dear sir/ma'am
I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am a resident of Chaleesh dukan, Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur. You can see loud speakers at every corner playing hanuman ji songs and its 12 am now but these people tend to forget other people are also residing near by them and students have to study for their exams and they play songs at such a loud voice that it becomes impossible to talk keep studies and sleep apart.
I would request you to please keep a check on this and please visit this Chaleesh dukan, Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur. which is becoming intolerable before it's too late before we the residents of this area take any step on to this.

    In 2007 i bought a plot at mahavir hanuman group river park 2, we were shown river park 1 which was half constructed . We should have been given with possession in 2014 but its 2021 there's no one around, neither is any promised things there .
    They promised a lot of thing .

      Dear, I have buy 150 yard plot (Meghna), 2 side open as per map. But still no progress after nine year, very unpleasant progress. Not happy as per commitment from Mahavir Hanuman Group before purchasing. Now interested to resale/return on current rate. SHRINATH

        Address: 16-17, C Block market, sector 41, Noida

        I have purchased an industrial plot bearing no.125 in khasra no.32 at udyog park village hasanpur mussorrie & dhundeheda, tehsil, distt & state khekhra, baghpat (U. P) having an area of 165 sq. Mtr. (197.34 sq. Yds) in year 2011. As per the commitment, we have received the possession order for the plot measuring size of length 10m * width 16.5 m, and area of 165.02 sq. Mtr. As per possession letter, we have created a boundary wall fencing the plot. But the developer (Mr. Mahesh panwar, director, mahavir hanuman group) has demolished the boundary wall without taking any consent from us. We possess all the registered legal documents of the plot. Adding to this, there is no sign of single development since 2011. Our investment has been a total waste.
        I request to kindly take necessary action regarding this as soon as possible.

          Dear mahavir hanuman group,

          I had bought a 125 sqyd plot in river park 2 in 2006 and paid all instalments at due dates. Also got the plot registered as well.
          But i'm very disappointed to see that no development has been made even in 14 years so i want my money back with interest.

          You are requested to look into this at the earliest.

            I had bought a plots in River Park 2 in the year of 2012, I just visited there and was very unpleased to see the progress. There is no sign of development. Thus I want to sell them.

            Can you pls buy back my plots? They are located in river park 2. Can you help me to sell them or you buy back them?

            If not then provide the facilities so that I can build up my property. It is very difficult to find out my plot there no de-marking nothing is happenemd there from last 8 years. I had purchased this plot in 2012 nothing happened there. Please please please help me on this.

              Want sell 100 sqyd in river park 2

              I had bought 2 plots in River Park 2 in the year of 2012, I just visited there and was very unpleased to see the progress. There is no sign of development. Thus I want to sell them. My both the plots are of 100 sqrd each.

              Can you pls buy back my plots? They are located in river park 2. Can you help me to sell them or you buy back them?

              I have been visiting the Ananda site often and i am very disappointed by the way the development is going on.. I have a plot next to the Nursury D19 and they haven't even leveled the area as a result water gets collected in rains.they have all the machinery available but are not doing anything.Maximum plotting is done in between the water clogged area.Very disappointed.I am a unsatisfied customer Mr PAWAR.This is the developers responsibility.

              i am also one of the buyer in their projects in farmlands but till now my experience was good as they have personally invited me at their office and solved my problems and also given developed possession of my farmland on time and also helped me in getting plantation and wire -fencing.i think you should visit their office and resolve whatever issue you have and can also dial their customer care number which is available on their website -[protected].

              Everyone experience can be different than the other.i also need to go to site office.u must be referring to Palash estate I agree theyv done up well.but have the same project on the other side of the road which is austonia estate.they haven't even put roads there and no leveling has been done.they are ignoring that side for a very long time.few customers have also contacted me from austonia estate who have similar experience.i hope MHG pull up their socks and get some productive ground work done.its a small issue and a prolonged result.

                  I have not seen any sign and any incident which proof that Mahavir Hanuman Group is fraud. In fact I am having plot in river park. but I did not find any difficulties. As far as its development concern we have seen that the work is going on full swing and may be within six month it will be fully developed town ship in that area. who soever is blaming this company he has to think twice to complaint on net.

                  Mahavir Hanuman Group are very Honest and Transparent towards their customers. Definetly some misundersatnding may have been happend among the valued customer.

                  To the Best of my knowledge this allegation seems to be intentional, it will spoil the image of reputation.of the company.

                  Mahavir Hanuman group — no issues

                  I am getting cheque # 085568 of The Nainital Bank, Noida dated 08/02/2011 of amount RS/-1, 73, 456.

                  Mahesh Pawar is very good person as I know and he is like my elder brother.

                  I do not have any complain against him and Mahavir Hanuman Group.

                  Seems all fake notes. Can you share your credentials (plot no, name, contact details etx) for us to know what you did to get your money back, as there is no development, so you couldnt have done anything on plot

                    I HAVE BEEN ASSOCIATES WITH MAHAVIR HANUMAN GROUP SINCE LAST 8-9 YEARS, I BROUGHT TWO PLOTS IN THEM RESIDENTIAL PROJECT RIVER PARK WITH AFFORDABLE COST WITH THEIR SOME MONEY REFUNDING COMMITMENT, I M GLADE TO SAY THAT I WAS NOT ACCEPTING FROM A BUILDER THAT THEY ARE TO PUNCTUAL WITH THEIR COMMITMENT.

                    NOW I AM GOING TO BUY ANOTHER 300SQ.YDS. PLOTS IN RIVER PARK-II PROJECT WITH JUST 6000/SQ.YDS...

                    REALLY I APPRECIATED MAHAVIR HANUMAN GROUP OWNER THAT HE PROVIDED SUCH LOW COST INVESTMENT WITH HIGH GAINING MONEY WITHIN SHORT TIME. REALLY GREAT.

                    I WOULD SUGGEST TO GUYS, IF ANYONE HAVING ANY ISSUE WITH THEM FIRSTLY MEET WITH COMPANY BOARD DIRECTOR. I HAVE MEET HIM PERSONALLY , I THINK IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUE SURELY THEY WILL SHORT OUT IT WITH SINCERITY..

                        Credit Notes Not honoured -- Spreading fraudness

                        Mahavir Hanuman group situated in Sector 41 Noida is a fraud company. Just beware of them while dealing with them. They had given me credit notes for 2 % on flats that I had booked in Prateek Wisteria, but now they are siting millions of excuses and had refused to honour that. I am thinking of going to consumer court.

                        Just beware of the crooks.
