Me and my father Had booked NA plots at Shahapur through VMC developers, in 2012 I had Paid 270000 for 3 plots and my father paid 180000 for 2 plots but its been 8 years now and they have not refunded our money or called us for registration of plots please help us to get our money back.

      I have booked 2 plots in Shahpur. Paid all the installment. Paid the development charges also.

      But still no delivery. Thane office is locked, with notice details.

        I had book plot in 2013 @84000 for paying down payment 25000 and balance 1000 pm pay fully
        After that 2018 pay 25000 as development charges
        Still not received

          After that they ask 25000 as development charges in 2018
          But still not give the plot

            Address: VMC House - H.O : 26/27, Devashree Garden Commercial building, Near Rutu park, R.W.Sawant Marg,Opp.to Majiwada Flyover,Thane(W)-400601.

            We bought 5 plots with 5380 sqft in 6 june 2015 and they did not handover any plots to owners yet and took money of 1, 17, 500 rs full payment of 5 plots advanced. And now they don't even refund our money too.Please help us with refund or plot ownership.

              I already paid INR 120000/- for vihang city plot but after making the full payment also they have not provided me a plot and when i tried to contact my follow up agent his no is coming switched off.

              Please help to get the full refund or registration of the plot i have all the payment receipt ready with me .

                Kalavati S Ram - I have paid 34000/- for the plot. But after that they told they will the paid amt. But still refund not received.

                SANTOSH S RAM - My cousin - He paid 49000/- and his refund also not received.

                VMC Team - request you to refund the amount, If you cant refund at a time, please refund it in monthly basis.

                  I am one of the victim of VMC group in a name of give Na plots i have booked the same in 2012 and stared EMI and continued paying till 2018 and after that i EMI stopped from my end because there was no positive response from VMC people. and when i ask for refund they say they don't have money to pay me. better to pay rest of money and take possession of land. but till date they have never some any positive approach from them

                      I have paid complete amount of Rs. 320000 for 4 nos of plot in VMC City project in year 2010. They had promised me sevral time that the plotting will be done by 2018-19. Then in 2019 they issued me a letter saying they will register and handover my plots by Dec 2020. But now the company office is closed and their agents/employees are not answering the call.

                            Hi I am Karan Vasnani have invested in VMC plots by paying monthly installment for 4 years of 2000. But now money has reached them and they are just telling to pay stamp duty. Sometimes they say they have been sued and will provide some other plots. They are giving other answers every time we call them . Not refunding money too . Please help.

                                I had purchased 2 plots for Rs 70, 000/- on 14 April 2014 as a full and final payment in VMC AJINKYA CITY . I was given a site visit of the proposed plots by their Thane office persons Santosh / Rakesh and an assurance that after 3 years the plots would be registered .
                                There is no correspondence from the company even after 6 years . No one replies at given numbers .website doesnt work.
                                Got their receipt .plan to lodge a complaint and a case against them for non compliance .

                                  I have bought two plots in VMC vihang city project in April 2011 my customer code is 102718 and the Franchisee owner is Rajeev Rajan Jadhav(FR57828).I am trying to contact VMC offices regarding my plot information but haven't received any . It is been around almost 10 years now . I have almost paid the whole about of both plots., as nobody is giving information about this I wish to get my money back since I have heard that plots does not come under NA area .Please connect to me as soon as possible and help me through the further process

                                    I have Purchaded two Plots in VMC-Vrindavan Garden, Sahapur, but possesstion / Registraation not yet done. I paid Rs, 1, 25, 000/- Aparna Shedge and Swapnil done Fraud with me when I visited to your Thane office today and found your both offices sealed by Bank due to non payment of bank amount. My Customer ID as per allotment letter is 4527. I sent e-mail today also on [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly revert back about refind of payment with interest or give me possession of my two Plot Nos. 105A & 105B.
