    I have paid complete amount of Rs. 320000 for 4 nos of plot in VMC City project in year 2010. They had promised me sevral time that the plotting will be done by 2018-19. Then in 2019 they issued me a letter saying they will register and handover my plots by Dec 2020. But now the company office is closed and their agents/employees are not answering the call.

      I have purchased 2 plots from VMC shahapur and paid in full with development charges and registration of plot in Feb 2022.But till date I m not getting any calls for registration of plots..Also 2 spocs are not answering the phone neither giving any senior manager number to connect to resolve

        I have purchases aplace in vmc n paid nearly 980000 but have not received any thing back i am worried n I need my hard earned money back every time u go to the office they threaten u not to come back

          Hi I am Karan Vasnani have invested in VMC plots by paying monthly installment for 4 years of 2000. But now money has reached them and they are just telling to pay stamp duty. Sometimes they say they have been sued and will provide some other plots. They are giving other answers every time we call them . Not refunding money too . Please help.

              I had purchased 2 plots for Rs 70, 000/- on 14 April 2014 as a full and final payment in VMC AJINKYA CITY . I was given a site visit of the proposed plots by their Thane office persons Santosh / Rakesh and an assurance that after 3 years the plots would be registered .
              There is no correspondence from the company even after 6 years . No one replies at given numbers .website doesnt work.
              Got their receipt .plan to lodge a complaint and a case against them for non compliance .

                I have bought two plots in VMC vihang city project in April 2011 my customer code is 102718 and the Franchisee owner is Rajeev Rajan Jadhav(FR57828).I am trying to contact VMC offices regarding my plot information but haven't received any . It is been around almost 10 years now . I have almost paid the whole about of both plots., as nobody is giving information about this I wish to get my money back since I have heard that plots does not come under NA area .Please connect to me as soon as possible and help me through the further process

                  I have Purchaded two Plots in VMC-Vrindavan Garden, Sahapur, but possesstion / Registraation not yet done. I paid Rs, 1, 25, 000/- Aparna Shedge and Swapnil done Fraud with me when I visited to your Thane office today and found your both offices sealed by Bank due to non payment of bank amount. My Customer ID as per allotment letter is 4527. I sent e-mail today also on [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly revert back about refind of payment with interest or give me possession of my two Plot Nos. 105A & 105B.

                      Non receipt of refund amount

                      Address: 26-27 Devashree Garden Ruth park, Opposite Majiwade Flyover Thane West

                      Booked 3plots at Shahapur (Project Vrindavan Garden) in 2014. Amount paid Rs.140, 000/-. As per MOU company assured that they will resale our plots and pay Rs.280, 000/- after 36 months.
                      Cancellation application done in the year 2017 due to medical issue, fund crisis.
                      Regret to inform you that till date almost 3years after cancellation and 6 years after booking not a single amount received from VMC Developers....

                        I purchased 3 plots in VMC Vihang City in 2012, I paid my last emi in Oct 2019, after that they had called me asked me to deposit 60000 as development charges. I asked them to do register agreement first and asked about my plot numbers, they said that will be allotted to you after your payment.
                        They have shifted there office to vardhman complex, near Majiwada. They didn't inform me about changing the office address. After I did few...

                            We have been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs. They are wild and chasing the people. Some people are feeding them and leave them in the streets. These street dogs chasing children and attacking them. If dog catchers came some people tieing tags in their necks as their pet dogs. Please send a dog van to catch them. I hope you understand the situation.

                              I have booked 2 plots in shahpur project on 1st april 2014 but they have not updated us for so long we have paid an amount of ₹1, 55, 000 they promised to handover the file to us within 5yrs but nothing has been done yet. Their site and call are not responding neither have they registered the place on our name. Either give us the authority of our place or refund our amount with interest.

Forget abt our double returns now it's been more then 8yrs since i invested in this plots worth rs. 1.80lakhs. They r neither returning our money back nor giving any lands. Whom shall we complaint?
