They sold the shahpur land 4 years ago in 2015 and after 3 years money double. Now in 2018 when i ask them for payment. They say they are in loss. And cant pay. Will give installments after diwali and making stories. Their office is closed and there is smaller office and they making issues that due to rera they are facing problems. We are stuck with this wrong investment. Any help appreciated

Plots booked in 2009 .paid all installments
Last installment was paid in November 2014 but plots not allotted so far
Paid registration charges in April 2018 but registration is not done.
Giving false reasons for why registration is not happening.
Approach made many times.
Submitted all coppies three times.
Given request three times on that promises.

I Satyaprakash Dubey having customer code number 484101 have booked 2 plots of area 1076 sq. ft each in February 2012 under VMC's Vihang City & paid all 60 installment through cheque monthly and last ECS installment was done on 15th April 2017. I have paid Rs 140000 and remaining amount should be paid at the time of registration. After completion of period of MOU I have contacted Mr Shankar Gupta at VMC (vision E mall corporation) office Thane. I asked about NA status of my plots and registration, possession they said the process of NA will not be possible as this project come in environment zone. I had asked show me the paper regarding the same but they didn't show any evidence or documents. I don't trust them. I have seen there many people's are crying for their plots and refund but no one is there to listen them. It's completely fraud company. Government should take action against this company.. Its ISO certified. ISO number of this company is ISO[protected].

I mr amit vijay borkar have invested rs. 53 thousand for a plot which was shown by vmc developers at shahapur named vishwambhar lawn.. Fyi my customer id is 00355. Later on i came to know that the company is not giving plots, so i approached office for cancellation and they gave me letter of cancellation for both sites also promised me to refund my money through neft to my account within one year on monthly basis. I submitted my documents on 07th aug 2016 but till date they have not refunded me single penny. It is my humble request to look into the matter and help me in getting my amount back. My total amount is ₹62010..

We have purchased na plots from vmc vihang city shahpur. After we cancelled our plots and gone for settlement. At that time they said they will start the payments monthly from sept2017. But still we have not received any thing from them. We called them to the given contact number but they are not lifting that phone.
Can you please suggest me how to proceed o n this.

My name is shubhangi nagpure. My cid number is 00134.in dated 16/06/2015 i am cancelled the na plot. The executive told me your cancellation amount received oct -2015 to nov -2015. I am total pay amount rs. 53000/- but only received 10000/- i am calling vmc office but they told me your will received your cancellation amt & they only dates & not the cancellation amount. Please do the needfull.

I invested rs. 65 thousand and rs. 2 lakhs for the plots which was shown by vmc developers at shahapur named vishwambhar and vrindavan garden respectively for my future residence. After some years i came to know the company is not giving plots, so i approached office for cancellation and they gave me letter of cancellation for both sites and promised me to refund my money within one year, but till date they have not refunded me single penny. The vmc developer are fooling the people be telling that they will transfer there money in there account in given schedule but the representative are telling that the payment is done by cash and there company policy is they will only neft the amount then how is this possible that the payment is done cash is this a fair business or cheating with the investor people

I had purchased 3 plots at the vmc vihang city in the year 16th march 2013 by paying the full amount of rs 2, 10, 000. I have been to their office few times and every time i am told that next year you will get possession of the plots. Hi even i had made payment for 2 plots in july 2012 and paid all the installment in 2017 that suppose to be registration done but now they are saying in 2019 they will do registration. If we ask for refund then they say only 50% will be refunded and that will be made in 2019 or 2020 but i dont trust them after going through all the complain from many people.

I know around there are 40 people who facing this issue.

We were approached by the sales person from vmc developer and they promised a good investment opportunity at vmc

Based on that they took us at the polt side and gave good image about the developer and convinced me to buy the plot in their project

We then asked the details they told that they are selling the plot at inr 99 per sq feet and they will hand over the plot in 3 to 4years after legal work

They also told that they will keep me informed on the same.

Based on that we purchased 4 plots in shahapur in my name and my brother name. Project of vmc developers vihang city in 2011

However after that there were no communcation from the company

However no communction from their side

After repeated followup to know the status, they were avoiding us so we then cancelled the plot due to frustration

Now they are not returning the money back

They say after 4 months they will give the schedule on when we will get our money back

It means they have used our money for some work which was not related the project

We would like toknow where they have used our money and for what purpose

It seems that we have been cheated and they will not return our money

Not under this situation what to do as they have already collected around inr 240000 from us??

I mandakini arjun bavle have taken 6 plot in shahpur sarangpuri village at the rate of 99, 50 in january 2013 and paid full payment of 2, 80, 000 in cash. I gave my all money which i save for my son future ajit bavle... But now vmc is making fraud with me they are not giving me that plot and also not giving my money... They use my money for 4 year now they are doing fraud with me.
So request to vmc owner please do some thing for me... I am in now so much tension if in case any thing will happen to me the vmc developers owner will responsible for this who taken my money.. Contact me early call me on [protected] my request to clear this fast

Customer id 851684 & 799140 we have booked 2 plots at vihang city at shahapur, maha. Due to non compliance of deadline for handing over the plots, we have cancelled the agreement in consent with vmc and they agreed to refund the amount of rs.1, 05, 000/- each (Total 2, 10, 000/-) in sept. 2016. Now we are nov. 2017 and till now not received. We are sr citizens and have no fix / regular income. We shall be thankful if you kindly do the needful. I bought 3 plots in vihang city project in sarang puri shahpur on 21st may 2008. They said that the plots will be na in two years and then the allotment process will start.

I paid the amount now nor i have got the plot or refund then i cancelled those plots in 2016 they given me the waiting period of 2 years for paying the refund amount.

I had booked 2 plots of 1076 sq ft in april 2014, in ajinkya city project. They had promised handover of plots in 3 years or double booking amount. But now there is no communication on when the plot will be handed over or about refund.

The sales people who did the booking are not entertaining calls. I tried to get their contact from oonline ads but no response.

I am from jaipur and invested in 10 plots at vishwamber lawns in my son's name. Have paid 3.84 lacs. They are neither refunding th eprincipal nor any interest on the given amount. I believe the land does not even exist where they sold these plots. My friend also invested with another set of 10 plots.

We had applied for 2 na plots at vihang city at shahpur, thane dist. As per the agreement vmc to deliver the plots within 3 yrs from date of mou. But even after 5 years they have not given the plots. Therefore, they agreed to refund the amount of rs. 1, 05, 000/- per plot (Total rs.2, 10, 000/-) in instalments starting from september 2016. Since they have not even started the instalment, we approached them at their office. Everytime we visit they give some false & flimsy request. Now we are in october 2017 (I. E. I am also a victim of vmc. I was booked 2 plot in year 2012. But they did not complete their commitment, so i was cancelled my booking in the month of june 2016, vmc person mr. Vilas said to me plz come after 1 year, we will return your money with interest, but now no answer on call. Please take legal action.

I am k. P. Narayanan kutty staying at kalyan east have booked a plot at vmc vishwambar lawn project for one time payment of rs. 50000/- under their mou which is on buy back basis on march 2013. After three years i asked them about the plot. They said na is not passed from bmc and the plot is not ready.

I then decided to cancel the mou and get my money with interest. Upto that time the vmc office is disbursed and they have started only customer care offices at vartak nagar where i given my money. I submited my original mou for payment to one mr. Rane at vartak nagar, as he told the payment will be made after 9 months and you have to submit the documents. He issued a receipt. Till date they have not paid my booking amount with interest which is rs. 62, 000/-. I have several times communicated them, then they are repeating the word "the payment is in process", but till date have not received any single money from them.

Please look into this matter and do the needful.
