I had requested for return on investment by cancellation dated 13-sep-2016 but it is still not paid now we are in aug-2017.

NON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT
I Had invest in this company through MR. Vinayak, Ms.Namrata are the Sales Representative at teen petrol pump office. at the time of booking they told me they will allot the plot in Three Years. But after three years they said it will get another three years for handover the Plot. so I Cancelled my booking last year in 28/12/2014. after six month the Representative at Devashree Garden office MR.Vishal, MR. Vilas are tell me you will get your money in Two Schedule in Sep-2015 first & second in Oct-2015. But at the end of sep-2015 MR. Yogesh they give me another Schedule like OCT-2015, NOV-2015 & Dec-2015 but not received any single money yet. The no for the VMC given by there side for Complaint is like to fool the Coustomer like 41115888 and the whatsapp No-[protected]. but whenever I called on this no the Lady said she will forward my complaint but no feedback is given from there side. They Tell me to convert the Booking to there New Project Krishna Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. So I think They just folling the People by there commitment to the coustomer & Cheating with the people. After Visting the office in May 2017 they told payment will be done in June but in June the Person Name Mr.Kishor Singh tell me that at the ending of june they will NEFT the amount but at the end of the month they told me that payment will be done in September so this is just a business of cheating the People

We in our friends group have altogether invested in 120 plots at shahapur vishwambar lawns in may 2013.
Whenever we visit the vmc office and ask for the money or the plot they ask us to submit the original agreement and then they will pay the money by interest of 8% within a year, which we know is false commitment they are giving. Actually we should come together and fight instead of fighting individually. Let us start a whatsapp group so we can plan and fight for our hard earned money.

It's been already a year we have requested for refund but the staff is trained for telling lies and every month they either change the commitments or try to convince us for hamara ghar project... This company don't understand that they are utilising someone's hard earned money and not returning back

VMC Developer के खिलाफ हमारी टीम ने जनता की हक्क के लिये, मुंबई-हाय कोर्ट में PIL जनहितयाचिका फ़ाइल करने जा रही है।

VMC Developer के खिलाफ लगातार जनता की शिकायत हमारी टीम को मिल रही है। हमने लगातार VMC के कार्यलय से सपंर्क करने के बाद भी हमे लगातार HR योगेश ने जनता के पैसे तुरन्त वापस करने का वादा करते रहे, लेकिन अगले तीन महीने से टाला जा रहा है। जनता का करोड़ो रूपये लेकर जमीन के नाम पर धोकाधड़ी करके वह सारा पैसा अपने दूसरे प्रोजेक्ट में लगाकर करोड़ो रूपये कमाकर VMC Developer आराम से बैठे है।
हमारी टीम ने जनता की हक्क के लिये, मुंबई-हाय कोर्ट में PIL जनहितयाचिका फ़ाइल करने जा रही है।

Iam one f the customer and have been paying my EMI regularly till calender month (May 2017) and continue...

But, to what extent I do not know. Whenever I paid visit to VMC majiwada, they've given assurance and tentatively allotment will take by June 2017, according to the VMC authority.

What then if I complete my EMI, will not I get my Plot as defined. Is consumer court silence on this. Should we (customers) bear this brunt for no good cause or are we to be blamed for this. If so, why authority is allowing such frauds to rule the game making us Puppet. How can authority of Thane be so silent spectator not making note of it and send their team of investigation. Hope they are waiting some brutal to happen and then take action...against the culprits.

I was allotted 4 Plots and had paid Rs. 100000/- Thereafter due to some problems could not pay further. When I approached them they told that I can cancel these and VMC will return the money deposited by me alongwith Interest i.e. Rs. 108000/- within 6 months. Now it is nearly 4 years/ I am approaching them for claiming my amount. They deposit Rs. 5000/- as they like and many a times they give fake reasons that they have some problems. I am a retired person staying in a rental flat at thane. Mr. Rahul Singh promises every month but does not act. They are not at all bothered with our problems and they only know their problem. They do not even reveal the name of the Owner are any responsible person to contact. May be their owner is hiding himself and does not want to face public. So Many investors come and go empty handed every month. I am now going mad and do not know what I should do. The employees in their Thane Office including Mr. Rahul Singh are not at all bothered to help me.

From two years I had been registered complaint with you but none of any action is taken by vmc so far! I had told in my complaint that I had been cancelled booked plots from two years and after giving payment schedule from two years none of refund amount is credited to my account till today! Hence vmc is liable to pay 17% interest on the unpaid refund amount from two years and upto release of payment further!
Besides this vmc sent me a letter on dt 30.12.16 for pay the amount of 56000/- against the cancelled plots which is illegal and unjust! Vmc asked me to pay the same amount without paying my refund amount! After cancellation of plots there is no need to pay the any amount to vmc by me! My MOU is also cancelled and collected by vmc and released payment schedule from two years and how could I am liable to pay any further payment to vmc towards cancelled plots! Hence vmc is misguided instead of paying my refund amount?
Therefore give strict instructions to vmc for pay my refund amount online to my Bank account immediately!

Sub: Request for paying off dues

With due respect I would like to inform you that I had purchased two open plots with ID numbers 866486 & 320512 in Shahapur from VMC which I had cancelled on 22/03/2014.
As per the agreement, full amount with 17% appreciation should be given to me just after the cancellation of the deals within 6 months. But now it has passed 2 years and 8 months and I have not received except Rs. 23985.00.
The sum of Rs 71955.00 is still due on the company for which I have met almost more than 50 times, and spent a lot of money in trasport, but all in vein.
Now, this is last time I am requesting you to please pay off the dues as soon as possible.
If not, I will be compelled to seek legal options which I have been avoiding till date, and never want to use by will.

Have invested 2 yrs back in vrindavan project by booking 5 plots at vmc, paid all the amt, still i have not received any response from them, also additional 16000 debited from my a/c without my signature on ECS mandate, i doubt my sign has been forged and ecs form is signed, i already raised complaint in bank.
I want all my money back with interest of 2 and half yrs, like me there are many people who has been cheated, please help me to resolved this issue immediately.

From two years I am requesting for getting refund amount online to my Bank account and vmc official person giving me assurarance to release the same on various dates! But upto this stage they didn't completed their promises and I am harrasing mentally and physically and economically! I am very needy of money! Hence please make the arrangement of refund of my own money online within 24hrs !!

I had invested an initial amount of Rs 5, 000/- as token amount as the agent said I will be getting a discount if I invested today itself. Later on after investing I came to know that the company is a big fraud, they collect the amount from customers and purchases the land in VMC Group name and later on simply delays in delivering the project to customers in turn the customer asks for the refund which they give after n no of years or sometimes...

Multiple times I called them but my amount is still not refunded.

Even I filed a complaint in consumer forurn but they don't reply..

Please suggest me what to do..I am ready to file a case against them..

I have made cancellation of plot 19/02/2015 almost one year and six months completed but till date not refund received rs. 87750.00. i visited at thane manpada office more than 15 times and every time they said payment will be made next month 15th and 26th no such positive reply.

I meet to the customer care and account dept mr. sanjay pawar, vikas & vilas everytime they written on it next month and sign it but no use.

I hope my payment will be made within one month till aug'2016 it not receive the payment i will take legal action by complaint with police station and lawere on sep'2016. please look into the matter.

VMC - Big cheater & fraud company
I bought 2 plots in Vihang city project in Sarang puri Shahpur on 21st may 2012. They said that the plots will be NA in two years and then the allotment process will start.

I paid regular installment for 2 years and then approached them to provide me the status and show me the papers of development. They did not show me at all neither responded well. Then I cancelled those plots in 2014...

We have booked plot at shahapur Vihang city in[protected] and almost all the commited installments are paid now its their turn to registration of the plot so they have started giving excuses of we are still under NA procedure or you can divert your all moey in someother plot by paying with new rate. Kindly llok into the matter and try to give some solution

We had made a part payment for 3 plots in 2012 total of 34750 each but these plots did not get registered as na as we had been promised, so we asked for a refund from them.

They gave us a refund schedule and did not adhere to that schedule, we were about to get the full payment on october 2015 but till now they have not pais us the money back they also have said that they do not have funds.

The contact number of mr parab is always switched off and when we call om the office number they ask us to visit their office during week days.
It is not possible for a working person to visit on a week day due to work.
They also have body guards who argue in a rude way if we ask for payments.
They gace us in writing about the refund but we still have not received any refund.
