I had cancelled the booked plots with vmc during last year and got schedule of refund amount of rs 293000 in 10 equal installment from customers care center vmc Thane.And as per this schedule payment of refund is payable rs 29300/ monthly from December 2015.But vmc Thane yet not released even single rupee to my bank account and outstanding amount raised as rs 1, 75800/-
For release of payment I visited at vmc Thane from nashik for more than 20 times, sent 50 e-mails, 153 nos phone calls total costs rs50000/-but vmc Thane not paying my own money from December15 to till now for the same I suffered physically, mentally and economically too!
Vmc's one of the executive Mr Ganesh Patil who had collected rs one lakhs from me against administrative charges of plots booking from two years and absconded from his duties without depositing my money with vmc! But vmc Thane not taking responsibility to refund this money for which I would have to take action against vmc and Mr Ganesh Patil!
Further vmc not answering my emails and internationally not attending my calls too!
Hence I am suspicious about my refund of money if vmc Thane would winding up!
Could you help me in releasing my own money from vmc Thane immediately!

My Name is Mr.Rakesh Sudhir Shibe & Customer Id is 499901. I am visited & meet to Mr. Vikrant through booked N.A. PLOT IN Shahapur for month of JAN.10 from VMC Developers .I am regular installment paid for last 4 years but his N.A. Plot not any legal authorized possession or 7/12 UTARA to us so I can one more time visited in his office but Mr.Vikrant(sales Person) his left the job, so I can meet the Mr. Shankar & cancelled my agreement so his told us please submitted all original document with receipt copy to him & please fill up in cancellation form, so i can fill up cancellation form & submitted so his acknowledgement this form & told us " your money transfer in your a/c 6 months after but after 6 months not any credit transaction reflected in our a/c, so i m once again visited in his office & meet toMr. Yogesh Ghatkar( Head of Customer Care Executive Officer) & his ask to us your money transfer in your a/c in Sep.15 but not after Sept. 15 not any amt. credited in our a/c so our brother once again visited to his offce so his ask to him your amt. transfer in first week of Oct.15 but then after not any transaction credited in our a/c so i m once again visited to his office & argue with Mr. Yogesh so his told us your moneyt trf to your a/c this end of Dec.15 but again same update not any transaction credited in our a/c so i m last time visited to his office & shouted & argue with Mr. Yogesh & told him please writing to us when our money transfer to our a/c & meet the Mr. Sanjay Pawar (Accounts Head) last Time I came to your office in the last week for the month of Dec.15 & meet in both of them. So Mr.Yogesh told me your money has been credited in next month between dt.10-15 Jan 16 but still I have not any amt.recd. in our a/c ...so I have massage to Mr.Yogesh his reply to us this week sure your payment made (this week means Jan.16 last week)

Could I request you please our complaints file it & sorted out our matter & help to us our refund money give to us

I had purchased to NA plot from VMC developers. I have surrendered these plots in the month of November 2014 and requested to repay the amount paid against the purchase these plots. They have confirmed that they will pay the amount back in subsequent 6 months. But till now I have received no payment from them. Every time I call for the payment they assure that they will make payment next 6 months but till now have not received any payment.

Kindly look into this and help me to get this payment back

I have purchased 8 plots and made the payment through cheques 2.5 years back. So far there is no plot allotment and agreement done. Have continuously visited their offices on Vartak Nagar, Majiwada flyover and near Hypercity at G B Road. No concrete progress even after multiple promises.

The agents Sachin Jadhav does not pick up the phone. We met Mahendra Ghosalkar in June 2015 and he too promised to resolve the issue. But things have not changed.

Please look into this ASAP.

My Name is Saira. I have bought 2 plots situated at Sarangpuri, Tal: Shahapur from VMC City. Its been more than 3 years that we have made the full payment for the plots. When I told VMC person ( Navnit Labde) that I want the possession of my plots, he keeps giving me future date stating that Environmental Certificate is not yet cleared due to which they wont be able to give possession. When visited there office theg says that it will take more 3 years and still they do t guarantee on the possession. This way I feel that I'm been cheated.

I have the Agreement for both the plots. Also have the receipt of the payments made.

So This is why I am filing a complaint against VMC E mall Corporation. And request you to look into this.

I have made cancellation of plot in October 2015 but till date not refund my Payment. we visited or contact at Thane office more than 10 times and every time they said payment will be made within one or two months, no such positive response. We meet to the customer care and Account Department Mr. Sanjay Pawar, Mr. Shankar every time they saw my cancellation paper and written on it next month dates and sign it, but no use. All PDC statement and cancellation cheque already submitted, hope payment will be made within one month. we are awaiting till Jan 2016 if not received payment, we will take legal action by complaint with police station and Lawyer on Feb 2016.

Hi I am Sarvesh Chandra booked N/A plot with VMC developer at Sahapur under vihanf city scheme total 1076 sq ft at the rate 99 rs per sq ft and made rs15000 down payment .Left over amount will be paid in post dated cheques at the rate 1000 rs per cheque. Up to DEC 2015 I have made all payments.Now I want to check about left over amount I made a phone call but neither any number have been received by office.Now please tell me what to do.

I have invested some amount in VMC developers plot scheme vide Cust ID NO 92128 and 120750. Initially they just told me that NA clearance will take time and other excuses. But finally i came to know that its all sham and then i started following up for my refund and submitted all documents for refund in May 2015. They told me that refund will take around 6-7 months and asked me to meet them in Sept 2015 to know the final date of refund. When I met them in Sept 2015, they gave me letters stating that my refund will start from December 2015 and will come directly in my account and that 10% of invested amount will be refunded every month. Now when I am following up for my refund, they say it will start from March, 2016. Its a big harassment as we have paid our hard earned money and these guys are simply not willing to refund our money. Kindly help us in getting the refund on priority basis. Thanks. At the time of sale were informed that we will get possession in 2-3 years, but 4-5 years passed n still no possession. Hence I asked refund. They gave cancellation. But promised refund in 6-7 months. But its past 1 year and no sign of refund. And when we ask at the office. They only say u will get the refund in a few days

VMC Developers and Realtors are Fraud company.. They show a piece of same land to every one promised people That they will convert into NA and take money in Lacs and cheat them... i bought a Plot in the year 2009 and should get the plot as per the commitment in the year 2014 but when i went for the said Plot they said its not yet NA then how could they take money for an Agricultural plot for past 5 years ... This is against the low and its a crime... Mr. Avinash Parab is the culprit who sold me the plot and now he has disappeared...i bought a plot at around 1 Lac and now i need money to up my Children school fees but they say they don't have FUNDS... so where did the money gone if the haven't NA the plot... I have purchased 4 plots at VMC Ajinkya ( Vihang City) in January -2014. Last month I had went to their office at Thane Majiwada and now they are saying we can't give you plots at the rate which you have booked. I have MOU, payment recite n all supporting documents. Instead they are telling me to withdraw my money and which will take 8-10 months for crediting into my account. I am just fed up with their management and all. They are just using our money. i purchased 2 plots from VMC developers, whose office is situated at thane west.In the month of May 2014 i cancelled the transaction with them.According to the calculation VMC is suppose to refund me 93, 600 Rs.The company issued me 4 cheques of HDFC bank, in which the amount was splitted into 4 cheques..but everything went fraud, all cheques are getting bounced.VMC is cheating the customers, needs to take strict action.

I have booked two plots in vmc shahpur, I returned 2 MOUs for changes in documents more than 1.5 year ago, i am sending request and reminders constantly to President, customer service but still no action yet taken. They only giving falls assurance as they send to concern department and will revert, but till date not action and confirm reply by any of them. Please do not go for VMC-developers thane-Shahpur. I just want my money back as this guys (Gauri , Nagesh parab ) as just ruined my money. as i am going through this situation i eagerly request to other customers please dont belive on this fake developing group. they are literly frauds....

I have Booked a land in shahapur through VMC DEVELOPERS and paid the deposit of Rs:- 25000 on 28/02/2013 then have not give the registration papers yet nor they have given me 7/12 paper for the verification.. Whenever i call them... most of the time they don't receive my call and if they receive,,, they say it will take 2 weeks more... its 3 months now and yet i have not received any documentation from their end..

Initially when i went in their office they said once they receive the deposit...registration papers will be dispatched in 30 days.. i got the payment receipt after 2months of payment.

Please help me in this... this people are fraud.. and don't want to purchase any land from them and want help in getting all my money back as they have broken the contract..
