I have purchased 2 plots from VMC with full payment Rs.120000/-
As there is no progress regarding NA I surrended plots
VMC collected original MOU from me and gave schedule of refund in18 installents due to shortage of funds
However no refund started till date.

Complain is not resolved nor, they have reverted on this.

Our complaints yet not sorted out & I am visited to VMC Head office for month of July 16 & meet to Mr. Sanjay Pawar (Accounts Head) & Mr. Manoj but both are told us our refund amt. payment start will be 15th Aug 16..but not any update to us now till date..

I request to you, please resubmitted our complaint against VMC developers or file FIR report to police

Please lodge complaint as there are thousands of investors who has been cheated by VMC developers, we will need to be unite to deal with this cheaters

If we jointly take some action they may be pressurized to refund.

I had buy 3 plot from v m c companies and it was great deal with them no issue of 7/12 and all documents they had given registration and stamped duties and all document given me limited period and i will lot of reference 2 u thank u

I purcased two plots in VMC Vihang city (Vison E Mall Corporation) Thane but I cancelled my plots in dec 2015. As per VMC paid 160800/- . Visited so many times but till date only 20000/- money has been refunded. Spoken to Mr Suryakant, kishor, sanjay pawar, rahul, pusalkar apana, and sarika kukiyan and also with customer care. Pl refund my Money at the earliest.Send mail & post letter but not reply me.Customer ID 705645

I jagannath panda invested money for NAplot at shahpur and due to some reason i cancelled that on Dec-2014 but since now they are giving time to time for refund of money, still not a single rupees refunded my ID no-402463.Pls co-operate to get the money back.Thanks-jagannath panda-[protected].

The management people giviging postponed date after and after.Since i am following since 06 months.

I want my money

Hi all, this company is a big fraud and under strict observations of concerned govt. authorities. They may be closed and sealed in near period. It will be wise not to invest any more in this company. As per observations they trap innocent investors in the rainy seasons June onwards by showing the green lush land of Shahapur. Looking at the customer id numbers we assume few lacs of people had been cheated. Legal action is expected. As like VMC, other companies of this group like Krishna buildcon face the same action. TC

so how much they returned even i have invested with dem they told me its all clear but i want refund. wat did u do pls help me az well to get the money back

Now u have the cheque whivh bounced so you have a strong case to take him to court against fraud.

This is about the 3 plots apiece purchased by Anupama Amitabh Roy (Customer code: PC-VMC[protected] in Vrindavan Garden. Please can I get confirmation of delivery of the same in DEC 2020 or JAN 2021?

I had visited their office a year back and here are the details
Today I had occasion to visit the office of VMC developers and got some clarifications on our investments in Shahpur’s VRINDAVAN GARDENS project in 2013.
I enquired about the non-delivery of the 3 plots apiece purchased by Anupama Amitabh Roy (Customer code: PC-VMC[protected] and RAHIL RAJA (customer code: PC-VMC[protected]
Both parties had identically invested Rs. 1, 50, 000/- and acquired 3 plots apiece admeasuring 1076 sq. feet each.
The following points were revealed to me by Mr. Jude Rozario([protected])
• VMC developers are invested in 3 ongoing projects in Shahpur-VIHANG CITY (2011), VISHAMBHAR LAWN (2013) and VRINDAVAN GARDEN (2013)
• All these projects were delayed since demonetization and GST kicked in midway and created hurdles for their timely delivery. As a result Jude told me that all 3 projects will become NA approved by 2020 and delivered for sure.
• He said that the company had also faced some court cases filed by disgruntled investors and that the court had ordered delivery by December 2020 at all cost in one such case. The company had therefore decided to deliver all 3 in that deadline.
• I asked whether environment clearances were in place for our plots in Vrindavan Garden and he said there were no hurdles at all and all clearances had been obtained. Hence, the 2020 NA plan would go through without hitch.
• Jude told me that we would be required to make payment of Rs. 25, 000/- per plot for the purpose of demarcation, poles surrounding the areas purchased by us, name plates, water supply, electricity connections, meter and transformer. There was no compulsion to pay right now as such and we could pay later also but if and when we pay we will get a legal assurance letter of delivery on the plots in December 2020 from the company.
• He confirmed that our payments were full and final and as paid up customers we will get first priority on choice of area and delivery once the NA is obtained and the plan is ready for distribution to all the buyers. The project is sold out.
• As of today, the rate of NA plots in Shahpur stands at Rs. 450 per sq feet. It was 425 per square feet last year so the appreciation is happening. It is expected to increase further by 2020 when we get the plots.
• SAMRUDDHA MAHAMARG is a national highway road project currently underway. This will offer road connectivity from Shahpur which will be the main circle from where road travel will be possible to Nagpur, Nashik, Pune and Ahmedabad. This will hugely increase the cost of property in Shahpur.
• By present [protected]@450/ sq. ft. the value of plots which we have purchased (1076x3= 3228 sq. ft.) if NA approved, would be worth 14, 52, 600/- Rs 14 Lakhs Fifty Two Thousand and Six hundred.

I had cancel booking AUG 2015 and apply for refund but they are waiting time.
