[Resolved]  Voda — Vodafone postpaid red family plan

I have contacted Vodafone Store situated at Madhur Complex, Canal Road Raebareli, PIN -229001 for switching over of my two mobile numbers - [removed] & [removed]. Person managing the desk at Vodafone store told me that my plan is Vodafone Post Paid Red Family Plan and Primary Number is [removed]for billing purpose, secondary number is [removed] .
When I logged-in at https://www.vodafone.in/home-upeast?section=consumer, I saw that two separate accounts have been created for both numbers, though I was told by Vodafone Store. Sent below mentioned mail to -vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com through my registered mail id on April 7th 2017.

"I have opted to Post paid Vodafone Red family plan . I have submitted my primary no as [removed] for billing purpose and secondary attached no -[removed]. When I login at the vodafone site both numbers are not shown.

Please advise accordingly."

Meanwhile, Vodafone Store at Raebareli kept me telling that single bill be issued on primary number [removed] for both mobile numbers as per Red Family Plan.
However separate bills for both numbers was sent, and amounts were charged as per Red Plan, though I had opted for Red Family Plan.

When I complained about this I was advised by- nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com that "at the time of family creation request your number was not eligible hence same was not processed." on May 6th 2017.

This has been told to me after raising bills as per Red Plan and I was not advised earlier.

This is a fraudulent practice adopted by Vodafone, if I have been advised earlier at the time of switching over to Vodafone I may have opted for a different plan or another telecom service provider.

Vodafone has not resolved my issue, now they are are sending sms to my both numbers that my number is not reachable. This is ridiculous, how both numbers can be not reachable.
