The incident has happened on 27.12.2019. I recharged my prepaid mobile on the same date (Which is also due date of recharge).
The opening balance of rs.8.31 (Before recharging the mobile) was lying in my mobile, but the same was found vanished / seems to be forfeited after recharging the mobile.
I have been following the matter with the company but the company is adopting dilly-dallying (Time passing) tactics and not interested in solving the problem.
There are bunch of mails between me & the company since the incident has taken place. Was this information helpful? |
