Not able to make calls to bsnl landline from vodafone idea network
I am unable to make calls to any bsnl landline since many days. Initially was under the impression that it's bsnl problem but. Later realized that the outgoing calls don't connect only from vodafone and idea network. Because if this i and many like me are unable to call their parents who stay in native with no other connection except bsnl. Pls look into this.

Regarding the SIM Card Purchased
This is Kavitha, we have contacted the vodafone Agent for a SIM card for loan purposes, for getting the last 3 months bills in the month of oct 2022, we paid Rs. 770 for the concerned coordinator on 15th Oct 2022, in order to provide the last 3 months bills.(Previous month bills) for address proof.

They took money from us and did not give any kind of bills nor they did not answer my calls, after taking money, after that we did not use the sim card we lost it. I have been telling this to people who are calling to make payment and asking them to disconnect the SIM. No one has responded properly,
As one the executive suggested to go and explain the issue I went and made a complaint on the same in Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore Vodafone store,
No 965 & 966, LIC, 16th B Cross Rd, next to Syndicate Bank, 2nd Stage, Yelahanka New Town, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560064. on Jan 7th 2023, a
they said, a complaint has been registered and the concerned team who gave SIM they will contact us within 48 hrs, and revisited on 13th Jan 2023; I did not get a call from them, nor from the vodafone center, I did not get the reference number for complaint raised, we did not get the resolution too.
We paid the money, but we did not get the bills for loan purposes, and on top of that they are asking us to pay the money for the SIM we did not use.
I have been asking to deactivate the SIM card, but it has not been deactivated.
Kindly help me in resolving the issue, I have attached the payment receipt.
Even after raising a complainant, the bill amount is increasing instead of providing me with the resolution. for two weeks on one has responded.
We got the false information, in order to purchase the SIM card kindly request you to ratify the amount and deactivate the SIM card, as we purchased the sim card, as it was not promised to provide the previous months bills. All already we lost paying Rs. 770/- for the sim we don't required, kindly request you to deactivate the SIM Card an please ratify the bill amount
No one is bothered amount the injustice that happened to us and only calling for the due amount paid.

Unauthorized deduction from account balance
I received an SMS at 2:48 a.m. on 27/08/2022 from 'VZ-ViCMS' stating:
"Hello!
Thank you for choosing to access Telesync Games,
You have been charged Rs. 10
Your balance is Rs XX"
I have not made any request from my end to subscribe to the said service. Upon googling, this seems to have happened to quite a few people.
I request a refund of the deducted amount.

Auto-Deduction of 158 Rs Fraud, even data has vanished and am being over-charged for calls and not showing details
Vi deducted my money without my consent or notification- ok I have
already complained about it
Now the concern is they are deducting for no reason regularly PFA1 the
details secondly, the transaction details have vanished PFA2 thirdly
and mainly no data balance is available 'who is using up my data and
call pack' which was recharged by them without my consent? Even
cutting charges for the 4 minutes call to 198 PFA the 1st screenshot
of them cutting indiscriminately
No details of my 130 Rs recharge they did for me for no reason and is not available
already complained about it
Now the concern is they are deducting for no reason regularly PFA1 the

I never recharged but it's showing as 1 GB/ day plan as active give back my money why auto debited I never selected this is fraud company. Please see screenshot of the autodeduction history @myourMinakshi twitter handle.

Not able to solve any sim related issue. Hollow responses, without any resolution
Pathetic customer service. They will just give you hollow responses to your complaint. The team doesn't know the status of a customer's complaint and doesn't even know how to handle a query. Every time they ask for a new thing, the next person is unaware of the promises made by the previous team members. I am an old customer, but I regret having this network. Being in an international location, I am helpless just because this VI team didn't help me. I shared all the required documents with them for my sim replacement, and at last, they say they can't do it.

Very poor service to vi customer by vi customer care
I have vi sim and i am not able to receive any type of sms since 3 days. It's very worst and disgusting service provided by vi team, no one is properly listening and also solving my issue. Instead of that they are only saying that mam i can understand but we cannot do anything from our side. This issue related to VI, any one should get atleast sms of any type of transaction or incoming sms. But VI customer care is not able to listen properly and solve our issue. As a customer, I am not satisfied and i didn't expected such kind of disgusting service from VI

Last time i had paid in month of september the balance settlement amount of 125/- receipt is with me.

I received a message from VZ-ViCMS on 27 April 2022 at 3:16 PM stating that
"HeIIo! Thank you for choosing to access Contakt Gaming Service, You have been charged Rs. 25."
I have not chosen anything as stated above. I have not authorised Vodafone Vi to charge this amount through post-paid bill.
I request for the refund of Rs. 25 so charged.

Please help me to file a complaint against Vodafone idea. I'm using their services for almost a 11 years, from last couple of years i am facing issue with Frequent call drop, no range, bad voice quality, no internet bandwidth . Most of the time, I cannot do my official calls due to these issues and this caused me inconvenience. I've sent them multiple mails, called their customer care multiple times but it didn't turn out positive. If this was the service then how could they charge us for the monthly usage payment and rent. I want a valid compensation for my work loss and mental harassment due to this worse connectivity.
Please consider my grievance to proceed with this complaint.

VI company not allowing sms even with main balance
VI company is not allowing to send sms even by deducting charges from main balance just to prevent customers from porting out even after having sufficient balances, validity.

Porting request not generated

Since Vodafone is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
"upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"
After discussion with idea helpdesk they asked me to visit Vodafone showroom. Showroom people saying that i have plan with discount so they discontinued that plan too but still not able to generate upc code. I am still getting same issue.
Vodafone service desk is unable to provide any solution and there network service is worst after there coloration with idea.
Please help me to get out of Vodafone network.

regular price of bill is around 1000 Rs.
and this month billed price 2100 Rs.

Cheating by company recharge successful but next day no balance
Yes the indian cellular service providing compaines are number 1 cheaters irrespective of their claims of transperent and ethical business service all the companies right from AIRTEL, VODAPHONE IDEA, JIO etc are out rightly cheating subscribers and mercilessely robbing the balance amounts, and there is no small denomination recharge for long term validity every month whether you use or not minimum of 50 to 200 is the validity amount and in this they say out going validity and again we need to go for incoming validity this is pure cheating policy many users dont use this prepaid balance and by end of 28 days the amount gets invalid un useable for next validity again you are forced to recharge with same amounts and again if not used the amount is pocketed by company
TRAI is sold out to private cellular companies and closes its eyes blindly ignoring consumers
as my prepaid validity was expiring on 30th september
i recharged ideavodaphone ( VI) prepaid with 79 rupees on 29th september with validity of 28 days and prepaid balance of rupees 64 is credited as per below message to me but on 1st October there is no balance in my sim and iam getting voice message to recharge with unlimited talktime with more money
i have very limited calls average per month and almost every month my balance in prepaid card goes unutilized and to i recharge every 28 days for validity to use my number
customer care call center idiots suggest to recharge with 1000 or more amount to get long validity and these third class semi literate call center employees never help you to recover the robbed money
indian government is not at all concerned to help consumers and rather the leaders help the big shots of private celllular company owners
killing bsnl which has very good plans with less amount and long validity
its better consumers should opt to bsnl to give life to teach lesson to all companies like AIRTEL, JIO, VI etc

TRAI is sold out to private cellular companies and closes its eyes blindly ignoring consumers
as my prepaid validity was expiring on 30th september
i recharged ideavodaphone ( VI) prepaid with 79 rupees on 29th september with validity of 28 days and prepaid balance of rupees 64 is credited as per below message to me but on 1st October there is no balance in my sim and iam getting voice message to recharge with unlimited talktime with more money
i have very limited calls average per month and almost every month my balance in prepaid card goes unutilized and to i recharge every 28 days for validity to use my number
customer care call center idiots suggest to recharge with 1000 or more amount to get long validity and these third class semi literate call center employees never help you to recover the robbed money
indian government is not at all concerned to help consumers and rather the leaders help the big shots of private celllular company owners
killing bsnl which has very good plans with less amount and long validity
its better consumers should opt to bsnl to give life to teach lesson to all companies like AIRTEL, JIO, VI etc
