I had ported my Vi number to another service and paid my all dues before porting of number. Further, I had receiving calls from customer care executives first from Vi (8-9 calls) and then from executives claiming to the subscriber i had ported to send STOP message to 1900 so that my existing Vi services can be stopped. I had also raised the issue with Vi customer care through email that fake calls are being received from Vi, the matter was not addressed. Now, from last 1 week i am receiving message that I have pending amount of Rs.425 with Vi failing to pay this amount my outgoing services have been barred.
I request that this kind of arm twisting attitude of companies is not acceptable and my outgoing services may be started.
