Vodafone Idea — Handset Inbuilt games

I got this message at 12:29 PM on Wednesday, November 21, 2021:

Thank you for choosing to access Handset Inbuilt Games. You have been charged Rs. 25

I never activated this number. This is happening many times that unnecessary VAS options are activated without the user acceptance. I'm intending to port out of Vi since this is becoming a menace.
