In interval of every @ days I received a message from 53010 stating "Dear customer, you have been charged Rs 10 and your current balance is Rs xxx". Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance.LThis is going on from 2 months and i have lost around 80 Rs so far to resolve this problem I called the Vodafone Idea customer care and even visited nearest VI store and they say that i had purchased the game but I didn't purchased any game neither did i ever authorised any purchase nor I got any update about my transaction of purchase being succesful. The phone which i am using an normal hand set can support no game. It does not have the facility to install the game or app. So I called up Vodafone Idea customer care again but they keep on saying the same again and again that I've bought the game. Didn't get any solution from customer care and refund of my balance and its not helping. Need a solution. Was this information helpful? |
