I have been facing extremely poor network and internet issues from Vodafone Idea (Vi) for the past few weeks. Despite multiple complaints, they have not taken any action. Every time I raise a complaint, they send automated replies saying "network upgradation in your area" or "issue will be resolved soon", but nothing ever changes.
I am unable to make calls or use mobile data for days, and yet they charge me fully every month....

Charges for falls ISD calls in post paid bill
From last 2 months, I am receiving a post paid bill with charges of falls ISD calls.
These calls were not made by my mobile but Vodafone Idea Ltd is repeatedly claiming these charges. My regular post paid bills were about 470.82 INR, but my last bill was about 2878 INR (with falls ISD calls charges) and current month bill was 6397.38 INR (inclusive of both months. again with falls ISD calls charges, again new ISD calls this month also.)
There were too many e-mail and call correspondences but issue not resolved. Vodafone Idea Ltd (Vi) is stuck with the falls call charges.
It may be a system error or any type of scam or fraud.
Now my services has been suspended by Vi on 19th July 2022.
I hope that this billed amount should be corrected so that I can pay bill with correct amount.

Beneficiary vodafone idea claimed non-payment
Online payment made through Uco Bank on recgh of post paid mobile no.[protected] on 10/09/2020 to vodafone idea not effected and
I had to make two months payment in the next

Without consent Rs. 49 charged from my Vodafone prepaid sim.
On 13th December 2020, Rs. 49 was deducted from my prepaid Vodafone sim without my consent. Suddenly the message popped up and later I found that Rs. 49 was charged. I am completely unaware about what action of mine made them deduct this amount. I want my money back into my vodafone number. A completely unauthorized and illegal way to steal people's hard earned money. Shame on mydala and vodafone idea.

About unnecessary deductions from talktime balance
In interval of every @ days I received a message from 53010 stating "Dear customer, you have been charged Rs 10 and your current balance is Rs xxx". Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance.LThis is going on from 2 months and i have lost around 80 Rs so far to resolve this problem I called the Vodafone Idea customer care and even visited nearest VI store and they say that i had purchased the game but I didn't purchased any game neither did i ever authorised any purchase nor I got any update about my transaction of purchase being succesful. The phone which i am using an normal hand set can support no game. It does not have the facility to install the game or app. So I called up Vodafone Idea customer care again but they keep on saying the same again and again that I've bought the game. Didn't get any solution from customer care and refund of my balance and its not helping. Need a solution.

activation of value added service without my consent.
I am rajan tripathi, a vodafone up west customer with mobile no. [protected].
My no. Was not in use since 24 jan 2020 as outgoing and incoming was stopped. It was not in any handset sience 24 jan 2020. I put it in my handset and checked balance today. I was shocked to see that my balance is 6rs 20 paise now. It was 39.20 when i put out the sim on 24 january. I called 198 they told me that an value added service was activated on 6 feb 2020 and it was activated at coustomer consent. Now the question is how a coustomer can give a consent without putting sim jn mobile.
Ye wahi case hai ki dhyaan nahi diya to chor gathri le gaya. Aur complain karo to kehte hai ki chori aapke consent se hui hai.
Mein seedhe seedhe kehta hu ki vodafone ne mere 33 rs churaye hai 6 feb ko.

wrong charging for data usage
I had taken international roaming package for 30 days by paying rs. 5000/- for 30 days, wherein i was offered free unlimited voice incoming and outgoing calls anywhere in the world whilst travelling in canada and usa. Also free unlimited data usage whilst in usa, except some charge on data usage in canada.
I have been wrongly charged for data usage in usa, by vodafone idea ltd. Claiming that my number was latched to a non-partner service provider viz bermuda at & t, usa. It is a wrong claim made vodafone idea ltd. As i had set my hand set on mannual selection of network, hence there was no chance that my number would get latched to any network, other than i choose to connect.
I have complained to vodafone idea ltd., that why was i not alerted, immediately, when they got to know that my number is getting latched to a non-partner network, to which they take a stand that they would get the information only after 15 days.
My stand is that in their bill, for the period from 7th august to 6th sept. The data usage is recorded on 22nd & 23rd august, (Which is 16 days after they claim, of the usage of data on non-partner network), yet they did not alert me for the usage of data on non-partner network, before sending the bill, hence i have a doubt that i have been wrongly charged, for the usage, which i have not used.
Whilst i was in canada, i used to receive daily alerts, on the usage of data, hence i was able to know my daily usage, for which i have agreed to pay the charge as per the terms of international roaming package.
I have made the full payment of the disputed bill under protest.
I invite from readers, to suggest, to me, as to what should be my course of action.
