Vodafone Idea Ltd. — continuous network failure & no resolution despite repeated complaints

I have been facing extremely poor network and internet issues from Vodafone Idea (Vi) for the past few weeks. Despite multiple complaints, they have not taken any action. Every time I raise a complaint, they send automated replies saying "network upgradation in your area" or "issue will be resolved soon", but nothing ever changes.

I am unable to make calls or use mobile data for days, and yet they charge me fully every month. When I asked for compensation or bill adjustment, they simply refused.

This is pure negligence and exploitation of consumers. I request strict action against Vodafone Idea for:
- Non-delivery of promised services
- Lack of resolution or customer support
- Refusal to compensate for non-working services

I am attaching screenshots of their repetitive and useless replies as proof. Please ensure that they are held accountable and provide compensation for the inconvenience caused.
