For incoming calls that been missed or rejected or blocked, Vodafoneidea has been charging them for usage. Inspite of showing them screenshots from my phone call log, clearly showing the numbers, date and time, which were missed or rejected or blocked calls, they keep sending reminders to pay the bill.
