In March when lockdown started, Idea broadband was working very rarely or with low speed,
Idea was not able to provide the service during lockdown.
and they Idea customer care number was also not working.
I was registering complain multiple times from portal for connection suspension.
and I asked them to suspend the connection but they kept on generating the bills and I paid till April. After that also Idea kept generating the bills and now they are sending Demand notice.
In June I can finally connect with customer care number and the suspended the connection.
But Now I am getting Demand notice.
Which is very unfair when Idea was not able to provide service then why the are generating bill and when I registered for suspension portal why they had not suspended the connection.
