Vogo — Vogo is fraud company

I rented vogo for 30 days in hyderabad and they charged around 5200 and after couple of weeks I started to face technical problem that bike turns off while driving and I have to keep mobile in my hand to unlock bike. When I opened the customer care section in app it was very irritating they had no clue what I was telling them for 3 days they gave me nonsense excuses and no bike was available for 3 days and then I got bike near Secunderabad metro station it was 8km far from my place. When I went there around 2 liter petrol was there in bike and exchanged the bike no vogo employee was there at drop location now new bike was even more worst condition and no fuel was there I filled fuel again and I was facing same problem with this scooter it was turning off while riding it was very dangerous to ride with one hand and other hand on mobile to unlock scooter in every 5 second. when I raised the issue at customer care they told me that our system don't allow exchange second time and if you are not able to start bike then return it. Around 10 days were remaining and they deducted 500 rs for early ride ending and so 1000 rs they returned but no solution been provided from there side. My sincerely request don't use vogo scrap bike every part of bike make noise. This fraud company and not at all customer friendly. No one is there to help you on call you can't tell your problem to anyone on call.
