My friend login my vogo account in his phone to take a ride he was tried to unlock the bike which was not happend due to glitch so he came back home after some time bike was showing unlocked after that I got a call from vogo he said to pay to continue ride which was not taken from my friend, so I login vogo app in my phone there it shows the ride was stopped and make the due payment for the ride which was not taken by my friend

    Vogo is fraud company

    I rented vogo for 30 days in hyderabad and they charged around 5200 and after couple of weeks I started to face technical problem that bike turns off while driving and I have to keep mobile in my hand to unlock bike. When I opened the customer care section in app it was very irritating they had no clue what I was telling them for 3 days they gave me nonsense excuses and no bike was available for 3 days and then I got bike near Secunderabad...

    Bike is not functioning properly while requesting no proper service due to this i last of my client . i loss 2lacs of business due to not reached on time.
    and early bike is submitted . No refunded 10 hours of rental.
    Kindly take action against Vogo, help me to get the componsation.

        To whomsoever it may concern.
        Your vogo bikes have a glitch where we can open the front box and by disconnecting few wires we can ride the vogo bikes without paying. This is a major security issue. It will cause loss to your own company. Fix the issue. Improve the security of the wires and modify the software of the bikes. Please take it seriously as I have seen few 'kids' doing that.

          The police stopped us and asked us to pay previous challans on the bike or else they told they will seize the bike there is no customer care option in the vogo to contact them and there is written that pay the fines and claim a refund after ending the ride and after ending the ride I tried to upload the payment screenshots and all but there is no option in vogo it is showing only camera option while it’s totally online how can we get a printed receipt it’s ridiculous customer care was horrible

            VOGO is running a scam in Bengaluru where they provide ill-maintained scooters for rental which work only 3-4 kms before they completely break down. They fill the scooters with minimal petrol only to reach the fuel pumps and hence the first thing to is fill fuel in it. But once the fuel is filled, the scooter develops problems (complete battery failure, happened thrice) or tyre puncture (happened twice). On running into any such issue, the only solution is to exchange scooter at the nearest VOGO station (we have to pay ourselves to get to the station) or end ride then and there,

            Once ride is ended before the due date because of their fault, they don't provide fuel refund.

              I had to take a VOGO keep as my bike met with an accident. Unfortunately the VOGO bikes I have been receiving are little no matained once and the two time I took the bike I had to face with 3 problems (Tyre puncture, 2 times complete breakdown). Above all these their customer support is non exitisting. They really should provide better maintained bike for the premium they are charging.
              The only reason I went with VOGO was the reason bounce ended their service, which was way better than this.

                WE book Vogo bike 3W7MLVN date 12 Aug 2022, ITS COMPLETELY no working bikes, Break is loose, and moving in left direction only, we asked them for exchange a bike but they dont have new bike and almost all bike is look like a same bad in condition.
                We hire for 3 days ( 313 per day ) for 3 days we pay total 939 plus 300 Security money .
                After paying that services they provide me that low grade bike, so at the same time we finish that services and asked them for refund, but they don't have any one to talk, payment they take through ONLINE and hire a computerized CCE, who just copy and paste the number ..

                and Amazing things is that they provide you bad services and you have to pay a penalty, what type of scam they are running i don't know, even they did not return my deposit 300 which they charge me as a security even they fine me another 300

                so total i got only 626 only, seriously which mathematic they follow in this business . Please stop the scam company so another people don't loose there money,

                  I had taken a 10 days subscription of Vogo. Last night I came back home and parked my scooty outside home. Today morning it was missing. I searched throughout my area, but could not find it. I contacted customer care, and found out last location of my scooty was in their pickup zone only. They did not have any answer of why my scooty was picked up without my knowledge. I had to go to their pick up zone and recover my scooty back. I am horrified at this service of theirs.
                  Additionally, their vehicles are in terrible condition. Their brakes are burnt, and can potentially kill the rider in a road accident. This is the worst functional company I have got service from.

                    Before the onset of Covid Vogo, even though a little inconvenient, was a reliable service when I gave my scooter for service. There was a Vogo station nearby the service center and a few minutes of walking would ensure the rest of the day was smooth. The scooters were in good condition and I felt they have Honda service all their activas.
                    With life coming back to normal, the condition of the Vogo scooter is worse than the lepers. You look at the scooter and you know there is going to be trouble. But the first few in this category serviced me well so I was ok. The last 2 which is in this past month made me suffer financially without any proper solution. I realised they have thugs as mechanics because they did not care for the condition of the scooter. They only cared if its starts and leaves the Vogo station.
                    The first one booking ID Z4L971R had a flat tire but the people available at the Vogo station said the air was less and so they filled the air. A few hours into the ride I realized the air was less but it did not look like it. The next day when I tried to take the scooter is when I realized it was flat. Took it to the nearest puncture shop, I was advised that the tyres have worn out and fixed 3 punctures for Rs 200. I tried to exchange the scooter but there wasn’t any nearby so I waited almost 2 days before I finally decided to go to another Vogo station nearby. I was able to push the scooter to the tyre shop to have the air filled and went and exchanged the scooter. I had put Rs 300 of petrol which was about 2.8 litres. I might not have travelled more than 15 kms which would ideally be half a litre but the fuel refund was rejected because there was only the minimum fuel in the scooter. I was at a loss there.
                    The second one Booking ID YLRLMJ I took died after driving probably 30 kms. Again with a fuel of 2.7 litres. I was advised on the exchange but the nearest one was about 20kms from me. That would be additional 300 – 500 rs by Auto. I tried to reason with the Customer care representative by asking to arrange the bike to my location or refund my Auto money but all were denied. When asked to cancel and refund the amount I was told that an early end fee would be charged which is absolutely ridiculous. As per his advise I waited another day but no scooters nearby. I finally decided to end the ride. Out the 1039 rs charged for a 4 day ride with Rs 300 as deposit, I got back Rs 539. Again for 1.8 litre petrol I was not refunded and was rejected.

                      Dear Team,

                      I had faced too many issue with vogo today i booked a 14 pack from vogo on[protected] and brought bike to home on same day at 04:30 PM but it has breaks issue. i registered complaint on this issue vogo team said to go for exchange i don't see any vehicles available to exchange on same day.
                      next day i started to office in the middle fuel was over and i towed it to nearest petrol bunk a 1 KM and filled 3.12 ltrs fuel with 320 rs and started my raid to office near bellandur, devarabesanhalli suddenly bike got stopped and not responding to start even with kick start also, so i asked vogo team to send some serivce guy to check they said its not possible leave the bike at nearest safe place and go to vogo station for exchange bike same i did and vent to kormangala vogo station and took another bike and brought it to my office after finishing my office me and my friend started to lunch some were near JP nagar, as i see back wheel air is too low i went to nearest tyre shop to check and that shop verified and said their 3 leaks from punchers already fixed earlier i asked him to fix them and informed vogo team on this they simply said since it was long duration booking they not accepting claim of that puncher fix amount of 200 rs then i started for lunch and finished my lunch at JP nagar came to indian oil petrol bunk near silk board on the was to my house mahadepura and filled 5 ltrs fuel in that bike as i think it wont get any more issue. but after crossing silkboard near hsr layout junction i got again puncher then i went towed it to nearest puncher shop and verified that their was a another two punchers since the tyre was not good that shop guy suggested that it was tyre fault it need to replace,
                      then i immediately got to vogo support on this issue they said no we cant send a service guy for tyre replacement and i need to go for exchange only, then i decided to make puncher fix and try ti reach home first but after fixing this puncher also i got another puncher on same tyre.

                      so totally 3 times i faced issue puncher and 2 times with fuel and technical issue on scooter

                      i called vogo customer support they simple said to go for exchange

                      hear i lost of total 350 rs for puncher and lot of time with towing vehicle and due to this i was delayed to office and fuel bills of 320 + 439, cab cost of 220 rs to office in morning

                      i asked them to refund my puncher amount and cancel my booking so that i go with CAB or bus every day but they denies to my request and said if i go for cancellation penalty charger of 500 will be charger for ride cancel, even i asked them to send some service guy to fix a tyre replacement for the same bike a filled fuel.

                      VOGO team denied my request.

                      so i faced issue VOGO severely and vogo team not even concern about my issue, they used me a puncher fix gut for their bikes fuel filling guy for their bikes.

                      i need total refund of my expenses and cancel my booking without penalty charges for ride cancel

                        I took a vechile and after 10 mts it stoped and i have asking for vechile exchage and they assigned location 20 km away from place after 3 days.
                        And i went their their vechile is not working

                        I have to come back without vechile.
                        And they didnt refund the amount and deducted the amount which the service has not served

                          I don’t know why you people simply block account. Without any reason my account got blocked temporarly, can you people please explain me this. I made many rides and i use regularly without any problem, then what’s the reason behind blocking my account. This is what the respect we get from you people.
                          Loosing your customers like this is not atall a solution, explain ous what just happend nor blocking the accounts.

                            Yesterday i took scooter within a night it is punctured.

                            How it is possible i lost my valuable money.

                              Issue:

                              On 30-OCT-2021, I had taken Vogo scooter for a 2-day rental. The assigned scooter was not from the Vogo station but it was parked near a Tea shop. When I tried to start, the scooter was NOT unlocking nor it was starting. (Please Note: The tea shop person mentioned 'This scooter is parked here for 4-5 days and few people tried & had the same issue).

                              I was not able to end ride to take another vehicle and spoke to the customer care after texting on chat. The person mentioned 'we cannot end the ride now and only a new scooter can be allocated. Now the allocated scooter was at Miles Tennis court where the Vogo station is there and we had to travel 4-5kms by Auto to reach there.

                              That allocated scooter didn't have fuel and the incharge at the Vogo station did something on his App and allocated another scooter to us. We took this scooter and hardly travelled 2kms only for the vehicle to stop automatically.

                              The scooter was not starting. suddenly it started on its own and got turned off. I HAVE TAKEN A VIDEO OF IT AS WELL AS PROOF. I was not able to end ride.When I used the HELP option, there was No call from the customer care representatives and I was not able to end the ride.

                              Concern:

                              I was charged with Rs.539/- (2-day rental) + Rs.300/- (security deposit). I had to call the Help line repeatedly to get the refund and only Rs.300/- was refunded. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY I HAD TO RS.539/- FOR ME TO TRAVEL JUST 2KMS????? THAT TOO THE VOGO SCOOTER STOPPED. IT WAS 'NOT' MY PROBLEM.

                              I have raised so many service requests to address this issue and get my 539rs refund. But not a stone has been moved. I AM SERIOUSLY SUPER IRRITATED WITH VOGO AND ITS SERVICE. I am not a new customer for VOGO. IS THIS HOW VOGO TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS???

                              I need my full refund earliest possible. Else, I may to bring this to the public notice through the Social media how Vogo treats its customers.

On running into any such issue, the only solution is to exchange scooter at the nearest VOGO station (we have to pay ourselves to get to the station) or end ride then and there, but you wouldn't receive anything other than the security deposit (Rs.300 for all bookings) irrespective of how much you paid for the booking (I took the scooter for a week, which amounted to almost Rs 1700 including deposit, but I would only receive Rs.300 even though I had no part in the scooter breakdown). But since I have already filled fuel in the scooter before it broke down, I can raise a fuel exchange refund, but it has been getting rejected all the time, citing the amount raised is higher than what they found. I faced this issue during multiple exchanges (I had to exchange scooter five times due to dead battery or puncture nowhere near a puncture shop). On Aug 14th, I rented a scooter which ran from yard to a Shell fuel station with minimal fuel, I filled with Rs. 200, pushed the scooter to fill air and after that attempted to start it. The battery was completely dead. I then raised exchange request and raised fuel exchange post that, I even clicked an image of the fuel meter which showed the tank half filled. Now, they have rejected claiming there was only Rs. 89 worth of fuel in it. This is not the first time, previous week, the rejected claim saying there was only Rs.20 worth of fuel whereas I had filled 300rs worth of fuel then. VOGO IS RUNNING A SCAM

                                  I was given a third grade vehicle. each and every part was used to make sound but because I was in need, I carried it on needy days. Rest of time, bike was always parked. They can check the history.
                                  Vehicle issues - No self start, seat does not open, seat does not close also. Vehicle makes that much sound, sometimes I think it will lead to an accident.

                                  Lateron, I tried connecting your representative a couple of times but to no avail. Finally, I got an exchange option. Now in exchange, vehicle quality is the same. I tried to drive this morning and it seems that front tier will come out. I put the vehicle back in my car shed. On the other day, when I was driving home, it stopped twice on the way. Somehow, I managed to control bike.

                                  It seems that they don't even check the quality of vehicle before delivering it. It is not acceptable. I dont know how you have got vehicle license when your vehicle is in no shape o[censored]se and it risks the life of driver.

                                    I booked a Vogo scooter for a month. In the last 6 days, I drove the bike for 30 kilometers. You can check the reading. Today when I took out the scooty, the wheel was wobbling. I took it to two mechanics thinking it was a puncture. Both refused stating the Tyre was beyond repair and advised me to return the bike.

                                    In the same condition I took the bike to drop point. I spoke to customer service and they said no exchange was available. When I reached the Vogo drop point, there were 2 scooters that were available.

                                    So effectively I paid Rs 1670 for driving 30 kilometers ( which includes Rs 500 for early return that you are fraudulently charging me for early return when clearly the return was initiated by Vogo due to defective bike and refusal for exchange and also cost for 8th day that I never used the scooter on).

                                    This definitely looks like a scam and I would like to escalate this issue. I am effectively paying Rs 57 per kilometer and was left stranded in the middle of nowhere. I could have hired a limo at that price.

                                    Would request you to please refund my money at the earliest and ensure that the scooters are checked beforehand to avoid other customers being scammed like this. In case I don't get a resolution from you, I will write details of my experience with Vogo on social media and ask my influencer friends to write on the same.

                                      I used the bike for almost a month and spent close to 5000 and had a pathetic experience in the last booking where I had booked for 5 days and the bike went missing in the evening and had raised a complaint with VOGO folks who promised that they will put their best team and find a solution! Which they did not do it even after 24 hours!! Meanwhile I was trying my luck to retrieve the bike with the help of my network and I finally retrieved where the bike was stolen and dumped at a roadside next day! I called the VOGO guys immediately only to hear that they have already ended my ride and money can’t be refunded!! So lost 1000 bucks just like that!!! VOGO team, I was planning to rent it for 6 months and I was just trying out and good that I just lost 1000... else I would have lost 25000!!! Come on guys, Grow up and show some integrity!!! All your bikes are keyless and vulnerable to theft, so don’t put that burden on customers!!!
                                      Had a similar experience last night. Terribly shocked and still awestruck with this fraudulent activity. I am a practising Surgeon and my scooter was missing from outside my clinic. 10.30pm at night i was wandering on the streets thinking of all possibilities that it might have been gone.. theft, police tow away everything i thought of.. only to receive one message on the vogo app 'we have ended your ride' with no explanation nothing. The details only mentioned cancellation charge and maintenance fee. I had booked it for a month and this was on the 7th day of my package. CUSTOMER support, vogohelp through mail, everything in vain. They now want me to send them cctv footage of the parking area as proof that there was no tampering of the scooter from my end. Even a person with zero IQ which we term as a ###, would find it baseless to try and tamper the scooter when the app is already installed on my phone been a continuous user since past 6 months. The most disgusting part was the way it was towed away without any information, confirmation or consent. The only thing told to me was tampering was illegal which apparently happened when the scooter was under my care. Suppose its true what they r saying, In such a circumstance, aren't the concerned authority supposed to call the registered number and alert the CUSTOMER that there might be an attempt of theft of the scooter? They call everyday for scooter maintainance and those stuff, but in this case, the scooter disappeared! ###!

                                        I have taken a 2 month rental for our restaurant. Booking ID - J8ZY17L

                                        On day one, the below issues occured :
                                        - bike 1, seat didn't open. Unable to refuel.
                                        - bike 2, battery dies. Doesn't start anymore
                                        - bike 3, none of the buttons work - neither seat nor on/off nor lock
                                        - bike 4, rear tyre was flat. At petrol bunk I repaired at my own cost. But leak was from rims
                                        Day 2- exchanged for bike 5
                                        Day 3... Didn't use
                                        Day 4..
                                        - bike 5- started today.. then stopped in 5 metres. Display turned off, and it's not connecting with the phone. no response whatsoever.

                                        - I have asked for my 4 breakdown limit to be reset and your customer reps only do one. Then I have to call back and explain everything to your vogo person for another 15-20 mins every time it breaks down. Which as you can see.. is A LOT!!!

                                        As you can see, my experience has been terrible. This was taken for our restaurant and we have been unable to become operational due to these issues.

                                        I want all my money back, PLUS additional rs 750 for repair, fuel and multiple trips made to your vogo station to pick up another bike. You people have given a horrible service and I expect full refund. I am not paying YOU to repair YOUR bikes and then end up using Ola anyway.

                                          I had registered with vogo keep monthly rental plan and got a scooter. That scooter's condition was so bad that i had to do the swap with other scooter.
                                          I initiated the swap function in electronic city ph-1 vogo zone and swapped it instantly. But there was my helmet inside it which was now locked inside the seat of the previous scooter. I asked the customer care representative right away about this problem and they raised a ticket regarding the same.

                                          When i called customer care again regarding this issue later on, they said that there was no helmet found inside the seat of that scooter and so i wud not be able to retrieve it.

                                          This is unacceptable and hence i m raising a complaint for the same.

                                            First time I used vogo scooty a rental bike, after using paid through Google pay since the vogo application had option of Google pay, after paying, again it's showing for pay,
                                            talked with vogo customer care also they telling they have not received money though I have produced all relevant documents regard payment,
                                            If I pay second time also what is the guarantee that it will not ask for third time ...pls resolve it

                                              Vogo is a scooter rental service. They charge on a hourly basis. They blocked my account saying you have exceeded the km limit and are saying they can't do anything from their side and say that it can't be unlocked for now. If so i have exceeded the km limit then they should charge for that and not just block my account.

                                              It's a cheap trick they play by not showing it in app and later doing like this. I've called so many times to customer care but they say they can't do anything.

                                              I've written email to them also still no reply from there side. It's almost like one and a half month. They still haven't resolved anything.
                                              I don’t know why you people simply block account. Without any reason my account got blocked temporarly, can you people please explain me this. I made many rides and i use regularly without any problem, then what’s the reason behind blocking my account. This is what the respect we get from you people.
                                              Loosing your customers like this is not atall a solution, explain ous what just happend nor blocking the accounts.
