I have placed order for lv shoe vide on 15 may. Received the item on 24th and paid for the amount as it was cod. After opening a box i notice it is not what i have ordered. I spoke to someone on the phone and sent pic by whatsapp thats it after that day till today there is no response this company such a fraud company be aware from this company such a fraud

I have ordered an LV bag on the 13th of June. Still haven't recd it. There's no reply from them at all. When i track the order it says in processing. They even insisted on Taking an online payment from me.This is definitely a fraud company. I seem to have lost my money. Is there any way i can address this?
