The item ordered on the website and the product delivered are totally different. And the product is a fake. Once I have raised a complaint they have stopped answering calls or messages and mails. I had ordered a pair of shoes and the a wrong pair was delivered. I called them immediately and they promised to have the shoes collected and the correct order sent but after that there has been no way to contact them as they have even disabled the chat function on the website for me.
