I received my order after a long wait . However after paying Rs 6000 got very inferior product with cap broken. Also had asked for black colour pen but got a white one . Surely it's a dublicate. No one answering the phone also. Even email has not been responded. I would request the company to take this complaint seriously and refund my money and take back the product.
