I have placed order for an LV Shoe SKU 190109 vide Order # [protected] on Feb 16, 2017. Received the item on 20th and paid for the amount as it was COD. After opening the box, I notice it is not what I have ordered and it is also damaged piece. Have sent a mai to them on the same with all the pictures and spoke to someone on the phone and sent same pics by WhatsApp. Thats it after that day till today there is no response.
Sent several mails, messaged on WhatsApp and called several times and there is no response. Once they texted saying it will be replaced by March but not his happened. Was this information helpful? |
