Hi.. I bought mini sewing machine 2 years ago from homeshop 18 order number is[protected] placed with us dated 16th february 2016 for vox mini silai machine with thread set - v201 (Seller: nikon systems private limited). That order had been delivered on 20th february 2016
There is some problem in stiching. At the time of purcharsing they told me they will solve if their is any problem. Already register the complaint but they told me they are not able to help, i have to contact vox service center and i asked for customer service contact details from the customer care. But their is no call back and a single massage, am waiting still waiting.
