Hi.. I bought mini sewing machine 2 years ago from homeshop 18 order number is[protected] placed with us dated 16th february 2016 for vox mini silai machine with thread set - v201 (Seller: nikon systems private limited). That order had been delivered on 20th february 2016
There is some problem in stiching. At the time of purcharsing they told me they will solve if their is any problem. Already register the complaint but they told me...

I ordered a power bank i got the product but it the wrong product is delivered to me and i make a complaint of it but they told we cant replace or refund of tht and u must call the manufacture and give complaint to them. there is no name on top of the power bank its blank. i hate this site i never order any other product from this site...

Last year I Purchased VOX standing fan through Naaptol Order # 2344338 and it was received with damage and not working properly. I complain to Naaptol they didn't give proper answer and also advised me to contact VOX electronics, but as per Naaptol don't have any contact information of VOX. VOX Elect also don't have proper website, no proper email contact, no proper telephone, customer care service. VOX Product sold by a company...

I would like to lodge a complaint against Vox mobiles and digital cameras. There was an advertisement in the news paper for Vox digital camera 12 mega pixel camera and V11 for 4000. When I purchased that brand, camera and mobile both dint even last for 1 week. Its a chineese brand and its a group of fraud people and they just cheat people with cheap Chineese brand. Its my appeal to everyone please DO NOT buy any product of this branx VOX....
