Hello Friends,

I am a fMCG distributor and vpg called to thier office to meet for products for thier store. My experience with VPG is really bad as first time when I went there, have to wait for 3 long hours on reception. then they called me inside to meet purchase executive. I sat there and saw them my product list and told them that, I am handling nestle, patanjali, ponds, boroplus and any more companies like this.

Their Purchase took my 2 hours and then told me that I will reply you tomorrow after asking my purchase head. Then they called me next day to meet purchase head VPG, Then again I saw him my product list and again he told me that I will let you know after asking my business head.

Business Head, Called to me to her cabin, and again asked me about my product list and took my 2 hours again. then decision has gone on director of the company, again same happened and then decision has gone on Vice President. after all this conversation finally Vice President told me that we are not dealing with these kind of product. we just deal with International product which are bot available in other market then only my HNI will come to my store.

Then I contact overseas and find new product list for them and again have to follow same channel first purchase executive who takes 2 hours and call next day to meet purchase head. Purchase head ask to business head and then business head ask to director and finally vice president takes all decision. Tell me one thing, if vice president takes all decision then what other person is doing in that company. But finally working with them happily but takes too much time...
