[Resolved]  Vr Enterprises — online form filling job

Recently i have faced a worst experience. A company named vr enterprise from gujarat has contacted me regarding online jobs.

They have taken me details (Resume & driving licence) from me regarding registration for online form filling job.

There were 700 pages for data copy and paste where you have to correct 630 or else you have to pay rs. 4700. They have sent me a contract paper where i realized later the date of agreement was for 8.1.20 which was backdated and then i search about the company in google then i come know that it is a fraud company.

So i have requested for cancellation of this job for that they told me to pay rs. 4700 for utility charges.
I asked the bank details to pay, the bank details provided in the name of sanso enterprise and bank branch also in surat state bank of india.
When everything was settled and i got noc certificate also.
Next day i have received one mail from a advocate association named ashok malhotra has mailed me on behalf of vr enterprise to pay rs. 23500 to cancel the agreement.

And also i got one more mail from advocate associates named aniket patil stating that we require your 08 signature and you have to present at gujarat court.

After one month i received one more mail from advocate associate named shrishti patel stating that company filed case against you under breach of contract.

On next day i received mail from advocate association named ashok malhotra stating that legal notice was issued by vr enterprise if you don't want legal action you have to pay rs.34, 500/-

Please look into this and help me to sorted out.

I have already lost my job due to covid-19.

I am in full stress i don't know how to solve this issue and also there is no guarantee after paying money also they cancel the agreement.
