[Resolved]  Vr Enterprises — scam, took money from me

Myself patanjal singh, have been cheated by a certain company and their associates named vr enterprises.
As i submitted a request for online job on quicker.com, i received a call from vr enterprises on 22/06/2020 claiming that they provide job of online formfilling and i have to work for them for one week first and in this time period i'll have 90% accuracy they will pay 9000 and from that 9000 they will deduct their registration charges 4500.
All i had to do was submit my adharcard and to provide my email... I did as they said they provided me a login id and password for website ffwork.in and asked to fill 700 forms in a week and provided an agreement related to this... Their contact no. Was [protected], email: [protected]@gmail.com and there was a guy who received my documents on whatsapp on behalf of them.
After a few days at on 30/06/2020 at afternoon my login id provided by them got terminited and when i contacted them regarding my issue they told me to pay 4000 in order to continue my work and i refused to pay and i insisted them to let me finish it and deduct whatever amount you want after that as i am unable to pay you amount right now. But they refused to listen me and even blocked me on my whatsapp and from call too.
Later on i received a text message on behalf of vr enterprises that they have sent me an intimation letter and called me from no. [protected] claiming to be association of advocates and started to threaten me that according to company policy they will file an fir on me on behalf of vr enterprises as i have not paid the registration charges of company. If i want to terminate legal action against me i'll have to clear the dues of company with penalty by paying rs.9450 by 12:00 pm, unless i'll be solely responsible for whatever will happen afterwards. I was shocked and so nervous then i asked them to give me some time to think but they didn't heard me. So, i called vr enterprises and why is this happening to me?.. They said as i refused to work for them.. I'll have to go throug this and they advised me to talk to those advocates to resolve this matter as it's a legal action against me now..
I was scared so, again i called [protected] (Mayur joshi, as mentioned in email i received) pleading him to resolve this anyhow, but he was like threatening me saying you are spoiling your own future wasting time in arguing. Your future will will be nomore if we'll file case against you, so pay the charges and receive the noc from us in few minutes. I didn't have the money and i was scared and paid a part of 9450 in rs, 2450 at first and sent the screenshot on whatsapp no. [protected] and did as they said. Also asked for a bit time to arrange money he said he can give me only 15 min to arrange... My heart was pounding so fast that couldn't think of anything and asked to everyone for money and borrowed rs.7000 and paid to him on the same qr code given by the advocate mayur joshi on the whatsapp no. He provided... I still have all the chats and payment evidence... Then i called him and asked him if i'm all clear!..
He said yeah..in a few min you'll receive a call for noc verification and you'll have your noc.. I again received a call from a lady claiming to be advocate (Contact no.[protected]) and started her law procedure that now as i have all dues i'll have to pay agreement closure fee of rs. 15, 950 or 3 month deposit as company security fee of rs.24k in case i'm willing to continue my work with vr enterprises. Now it was shocking to me, now i was more afraid this time to confused what should i do.. As i didn't have the amount and it was a really big amount. I requested her to plz provide me noc as you guyz said, but she didn't agreed and said that i have to arrange this amount anyhow.. If not, amount paid previously will be a waste and case will still be filed and i'll have to pay 67, 000 when this matter will brought to court and i'll have to pay them visit... She insisted that i must pay before 12:30pm.
Now, unwillingly i agreed to agreement cancellation and again talked to everyone for arrangement of amount finally i borrowed rs.15940 again with no idea how'll i payback and i paid the amount of rs.15950 (For agreement cancellation expecting that i'll be out of this mess) to them on the same qr code as they said and called her gain that lady that when i'll receive my noc... Her, reply was in 45 min as it'll take a bit time to proccess things. After a while i again recived call from mayur joshi, he was saying that 'i don't have common sense that i just paid this straight but what i did with company, it beared a great loss in lacs. So, i'll have to pay the rest of rs.51000 of 67000 company is not going to pay to mnc companies from it's pocket, and after paying that amount i'll have to make an affidavit stating that i have paid all the the amount to vr enterprises unless all my payment will be wasted and legal action will be taken against me and an arrest warrant will be issued too.'
And then at court i'll have to pay more than 1 lacs and even much more than that and i'll have to respomd to their hearing at gujarat highcourt and so many things too and he tried every legal malpractise he could think to make me afraid and forced...
Finally i was out of option and i said how i can pay now i have no possible way of doing this... Then he came to a negotiation that he'll arrange affidavit and all and i won't have to go at court if i'll pay rs.33000 and said him again and again i was afraid of getting involved in legal stuffs that don't do this with me. I don't have any choice left to arrange money...
Then he was like we'll send your file to magistrate if you won, t pay this fee to us at provided qr code and warrant will still be issued and he'll not be responsible for anything which will happen to me... I disconnected the call again i called the lady advocate, she was like if you wanna proceed further you will need affidavit and will have to go with process mr. Mayur joshi is stating to you..
And in meanwhile my deadline of 1:00pm was reached and he then called me and said we are sending your file to magistrate and i'll be in severe problem...
Afterward i received a message - "mr. Patanjal singh, this is to inform yo that your internal case id[protected] has been listed on 05/07/2020 for legal proceedings. Kindly call on [protected] for further details."
And according to them i was screwed... They said nothing can be done now. I even replied to their intimation notice with all payments completed but they aren't responding..
What should i do now...
Seems like i have been cheated this whole time and finally they did this with me when i paid this much amount to them.. And when i asked them to refund my amount if i'm about do drag in the same thing but they denied stating that money has been paid to their legal fund if you want refund then come to court.
Why this company did this with me and still what i got is no justice, scammed with this much amount after being cheated. Atleast they can refund me, i don't want much i'm just a student and lost this much amount which i owe to someone else and i'm in debt and in this great mess too..
I have all the evidence of this incident call history screenshots, mail, receipt, messages, agreement policy, call recordings and whatever any legal action will demand...
