My name is Bindiya and i am from Mangalore, Karnataka. The above said company had started a scheme in which we had i was paying an amount of rs1, 000/- every month for a period of 18 months from October 2012 to March 2014. They had promised to pay 16% interest. They had their agents who had actually forced us to join the scheme. After the completion of the tenure the company is now saying that they have gone bankrupt and they have no money at all. The company is in no plans of even paying the principle amount forget the interest.There are a lot of poor people who were forced to join the scheme. kindly help.
